Chambres propres mais sans charme et sans vue

Emplacement directement à la plage de Canggu. Nous avons beaucoup apprécie le beach club et le petit déjeuner. Dommage que les chambres sont très stériles déco sans charme et la notre N° 348 avec zéro vue.. Les longues couloirs donnes l'ambiance d'un hôpital. Attention et notre chambre n'avais aucune vue. Conseil pour les surfers: éviter le surf shop de l'Hotel c'est l'arnaque total!! Prix pour 1 heure avec moniteur 1.200'000 Rup (US$ 95.-) non inclus le surfboard. Location du surf board pour 1 heure 800'000 Rupies. Donc allez directement à la plage... vous trouvez des moniteurs très pro's avec du bon materiel pour 350'000 (US$ 27.00) tout inclus.

Dear Reto, We appreciate you providing your guest experience feedback and thank you for staying with us. Please note that we have over 12 category room types that majority of these categories provide sea views, garden views, or pool views. Happy that you were able to surf as Canggu is well known for their surf breaks. Our hotel partners with Tropic Surf whom are very known in the surfing world as the elite surf instructors that provide top boards which are very carefully maintained, extend services beyond just a surf lesson, and whom are all first aid certified that can address from small to large emergencies. Great location, warm and friendly staff. Spa massage was relaxing as always and the breakfast is something not to be missed

Nice property and very accommodating staff. The hotel didn’t feel much different than a standard hotel in the states. Pristine rooms and wonderful onsite food options made up for the lacking wow factor.

An old girl now but location excellent

We've stayed at Como Canggu before as well as Ubud & Maldives. Como Canggu presents as a 5 star but boy there is lots of room for improvement. We checked in at 3am after a very long flight delay, and paid for the day before. Walked in and had to walk straight out due to the strong odour of mould. Wowee. Another room organised within 30 mins. Como Beach Club was full of screaming unsupervised children. Twas crazy! Spoke to staff and they advised that the parents were in the restaurant having lunch. Yikes! There really should be a separate area for families. A Beach Club is to be enjoyed for a quiet swim or a cocktail by the pool, reading a book, not screaming children. Never again! I didn’t pay $1100 per night to go to Como Beach Club and experience that. Another guest got involved but it was a ridiculous situation 🙄. The staff are the best asset of the hotel. Cannot fault anyone. From Reception, to Restaurants, to Gym, to Housekeeping and Gardeners ... every single one has a beautiful smile and a greeting to you. They really do make the resort. The rooms are going to need an update soon. Some lights didn’t work but they were replaced within 24hrs though. The location on the beach is phenomenal though. A+ for location. Would I return? For the pricing, no. Better value for us elsewhere.
