Magnifique hotel, déco sympa, emplacement au calme à 10 min en taxi de tout (on a utilisé l’appli Grab pour se déplacer). Le personnel est très, très sympa et toujours disponible avec un sourire. Nous avons pris le service de pick-up depuis l’aéroport, nous avons profité des cours de yoga matinals ainsi que le service de spa. Nous avons pris une chambre avec piscine privé que je n’ai pas pu profiter en raison de la présence d’insectes (mille pates) dans la terrasse et salle de bains extérieur, je ne le signale pas comme un point négatif sachant que l’hôtel est veritable arbre de paix au milieu de la nature mais pour moi, ça a été très difficile de partager l’espace avec ces petites bêtes et je préfére prevenir à d’autres voyegeurs(es) qui pourraient avoir la même phobie que moi.

Yunita war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr herzlich. Bei Fragen jederzeit da und auch immer hilfsbereit, sehr professionell. Hat sich immer um uns gekümmert und sie hat immer nachgefragt, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung sei, das kommt nicht oft vor.

Excellent ambiance, friendly and helpful staff

This resort was amazing, definitely a highlight of our trip. Sitting by the pool and having complimentary tea, free yoga, staff was really friendly. Pools are big enough to swim laps. Walking distance to a coffee shop (left). 10 min ride from Canggu beach. Staff was really helpful. Free water as well which is important since you cannot drink non bottled water

This place was such a great start to my Bali trip. The property is beautiful, serene and quiet. The staff was more than welcoming and took care of every need or request. The food was good and the room was very clean. I had a really great massage at the spa and felt very comfortable. The location is away from the city center (5-10minutes), so you will need to get a car or bike to get to the beach or shops. 10/10 experience, thank you Kalapa!!

Old and run down

The staff is excellent. They went out of their way to rectify every situation. But the facilities are old and worn out. The entire mosquito net structure dropped onto our bed while we were sleeping. The bathtub was dirty and the outdoor toilets were filled with caterpillars. After this incident the staff immediately aceeded to my request to change rooms. They gave us the shambala which was a bigger nicer room. But it was difficult to lock the main door. At night the stray cat opened the door and came into our room looking for snacks. Overall it was a very painful experience only made bearable by the staff. But looking around, this might be the best available in this location which I picked because it’s near bali mma. There are no other facilities or places of interest around this area. Will never come back

The room was nice and peaceful, good for a romantic getaway. However, the food at the restaurant was overpriced and horrible! It’s best to walk or cab 20min into Canggu and get a great meal for half the price!
