Un séjour axé surf , emplacement idéal, à quelques mètres à pieds de la plage de surf .
Personnel très souriant et disponible, la piscine est trouble et peu engageante pour la baignade, j’ai eu une chambre solo côté route , très bonne literie, douche propre et eau chaude , seul problème et de taille , de l’autre côté de la route un bar avec concert et musique très forte le soir et tard dans la nuit , impossible de dormir, sauf avec des bouchons d’oreilles …
Parking pour de scooter sécurisé devant l’hôtel .

Though the property is a little tired, overall it was a wonderful stay in a great area. I would recommend as it’s close to restaurants and the beach.
The pool area is clean tidy and refreshing.

Construction made the stay unbearable
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWhile checking in, the front desk associate informed me about construction next door. They required me to sign a form regarding it. However, they never expressed how close my particular room would be to the construction. I could open the window in my room and grab the rebar. My new wife and I thought we could survive our few night stay. We realized the next morning that we were wrong. The construction workers started using power tools at 7am directly outside our window. It was so loud.
When i went downstairs to complain they said the workers shouldn’t have started until 9am. They were “sending someone to tell them to stop”. The workers stopped for maybe 5 minutes and started right back up.
I asked for a refund of my stay and they said since I booked through Hotels.com i needed to contact them. My wife and i found another hotel and left. Through my refund request at Hotels.com the Papillon Echobeach hotel is stating they are holding to their “original policy” and rejecting the refund request.
This all has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and I cannot emphasize enough how much i recommend avoiding this establishment.

We are located in a strategic area that is currently undergoing development, which may result in some noise disturbances from the neighbor. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. we already inform to you you that we don’t have any construction projects or renovations in our Hotel but there is construction projects ongoing at our neighbor, however we have dealing with the Project Manager about the constructions working time, and we inform to you. When they start work not on the dealing time we inform to them ( the project manager). We have been offer to you for we upgrading your to the rooms on the backside which is far from the project without additional on the second day ( because on the first night is not possible due the fullbook the rooms on the backside King Rooms, Queen Room or Double Room Garden). But you decide to early check out. May I once again thank you for reviewing your stay at our hotel and sharing your valuable feedback with usThank you and Have a great day ahead Best regards,Papillon Team

The staff are first class from the housekeeper to the front desk to the chef, they will help you with anything you need.
Location is walking distance to the beach, many shopping outlets, bars and with a live music venue across the road plus the best massage next door, you don’t need much else. An abundance of transport options if you do want to hit the clubs

We had a wonderful stay and even extended. Close to everything in Canggu. After 11 everything goes quiet and enjoyed waking up to the brids in the morning. The team was amazing and the local restaurant was wonderful. The morning breakfast is a must.

The location was superb, really near Echo beach and almost all cafes, restaurants and markets were nearby so it’s accessible. Definitely recommend this place!
