The front desk people were not that friendly every time I asked a question.
Only one person was able to help me with information to go to Banff by bus. Overall, I did not feel that welcome by the front desk agents.

Large apartment with a great mountain view. Very accessible to a variety of hikes around the area.

Great place, staff is very friendly and very responsive.
Couple of minor things, bottled water was part the purchased pkg, wasn't there, didn't bother to ask for it.
Exhaust in one of the bathrooms is not functioning
It will be good if they can add breakfast.
