Publié le 5 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayThe condo could use a good cleaning and dusting as lights and pictures and tv had a layer of dust and washing of walls.. upstairs bedroom was very tight for space.Shower head needs replacing as it spins and hard to keep in place and makes a loud sound when running Bedding needs to be replaced and my children found the sofa bed very uncomfortable.More drinking glasses , and bowls and dinner plates need upgraded as some were chipped. Location, pool, hot tubs, and underground parking was nice.

Thanks for this detailed feedback. We really appreciate it. We will bring the concerns about the dust to our housekeeping.
We have replaced some of the plates that were chipped over the Christmas holidays. Also, we have new sheets.
As mentioned we put in a new mattress on the couch bed. People find it comfortable. However, it is a pull out couch bed.
We have added drinking glasses and bowls and replaced the showerhead.
These are all things other guests have not complained about, but we take your feedback seriously

Christmas Getaway
Publié le 1 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayOur place was a quaint little escape for the Christmas holidays. There was a fabulous mountain view, fireplace and well stocked kitchen. The decor definitely gave you a feeling of being in the mountains.

Canmore Escape
Publié le 26 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe can’t say enough good things about our stay! The location was wonderful, just down the road from our fave pizza spot! We brought our dog along with us and it was great for walking her. We also arrived a bit earlier than our check in time and Jody was so wonderful in communicating quickly and getting us into our room a little early! Will definitely stay again :)

In Canmore for a wedding
Publié le 26 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe booked the condo to attend a wedding. We had an extra day so we could go for a hike and explore the town a little more. We had hoped to have an early check in as we the wedding started at 3:00and check-in was 4:00. We were unable to get an answer

Canmore and Banff are Beautiful!
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy 89 year old mom and I stayed here and enjoyed lots of spectacular outings. This condo is in a great location and perfect for 2 people. The place is very clean. We were very comfortable in the queen bed upstairs and the kitchen was very well appointed. Parking is very easy. We were so happy that recycling is taken seriously and that it is so easy to do. The only thing that down-graded our stay was that the host provided us with a Park Pass that was, according to the Ranger, “illegal and already voided.” It got confiscated. It was embarrassing. When I contacted our host to let her know, she responded angrily to us and explained the we should have put the pass on our dashboard and just driven through because "That's what we all do, and nobody checks." That made me sad. National Parks need all the help they can get. We will have great memories of this beautiful part of the world.

Thank you for staying with us. You’re right it’s tricky with the park pass. We just try to save our guests money
The parks are beautiful and we ageee guests should pay for there daily park passes.
We have a lot of challenges offering these to guests but they appreciate it.
