Hôte attentionné qui a fourni tous les renseignements requis dès le départ. Rien ne manquait au condo et beaucoup d’items de courtoisie. Très confortable et suffisamment d’espace pour 4. Attention portée aux détails qui rendent un séjour agréable.

Condo à Canmore

Tout a bien été! Lit King très confortable. Les matelas deux lits doubles sont un peu mou. Cuisine : assez complète. J'aurais aimé avoir plus de trucs comme huile, épices etc. Très bonne approvisionnement en gel désinfectant dans toutes les pièces de la maison. C'est un appartement qui n'a pas beaucoup d'éclairage naturel puisque est entouré de blocs appartement autour. Impossible de voir les montagnes qui sont pourtant très proches. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée et du spa! Ainsi que le BBQ très propre!

Franco’s place was cozy and clean. It was in a good location with easy access to get anywhere we wanted. It was comfortable with great sleeping space for everyone. Franco was excellent to deal with, very helpful and communicative. We would gladly stay again.

Easter holiday in the mountains

Upon our arrival at the condo, we encountered a few minor issues. However, after reaching out to Franco, he promptly addressed and resolved everything. The level of computer service was outstanding and truly enhanced our stay. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, the living spaces were warm and inviting, and our children absolutely loved the dedicated play room. The location was also ideal - close to local amenities and scenic walking trails.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Home away from home

Our stay at Mystic Springs Chalet hosted by Franco was fantastic. Franco was very accomodating and very responsive on all my queries. The chalet was cozy, impeccably clean and well stocked. The kids love the Harry Potter room. The location was perfect! We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this chalet to others. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful location & very accommodating & responsive

We visited Canmore for my oldest son’s birthday. My husband myself our 12 year old and a few of our older son’s friends came with us to hike. When I had trouble with code Franco called me right away. The condo was very comfortable with extra towels and space for our crew. Both of my kids love Harry Potter so the theme made it extra special!

Overall the place was great. Communication with Franco was good. The pool was under construction so no hot tub to use which is a bummer after a long day skiing. Other than that I would highly recommend.

A group of 7 young adults stayed for Xmas and it was lovely. The house is warm and cozy, enough room for 7 to sleep and stay. Kitchen was excellently equipped (able to cook several meals), the bathrooms were tidy and clean, and the communication with the Host was quick and easy. He made the whole check in process very simply? And was very accomodating to any needs or little hiccups we encountered in our time. If we ever visit Canmore again we will know where to stay

Amazing stay in Canmore!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Vrbo property in Canmore. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown Canmore, with its great restaurants and shops, and only a quick drive to Banff. The scenery surrounding the property was breathtaking, with stunning mountain views. The home itself was spotless and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the living space was cozy and inviting, with a fireplace that made our evenings extra special. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we woke up refreshed for all our adventures. Overall, this Vrbo exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect base for exploring Canmore and the surrounding area. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Rockies!

Great spot in canmore!

This was the perfect spot for our sister in laws getaway! The host provided a lot of information prior to our stay on how to access the unit, events in the area, and what to expect. I messaged in advance to ask if there was a coffee grinder and there was a brand new one waiting for us when we arrived. We had a couple minor issues upon arrival that were handled quickly and efficiently by Franco. This unit isn't poolside, but as close as you'd want to be without the excess noise that I imagine you'd find with the units right next to the pool. The heated pool and covered hot tub were easy to access, clean, and open 8am-11pm. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We didn't have kids with us but if they were there they would have loved the Harry Potter room! Little touches like a bottle of wine, fresh made ice, plenty of hooks to hang wet towels and Bathing suits, and nice towels made this place above and beyond many places I have stayed before. There was a whole chest of games inside the coffee table too, which was fun! Overall this was one of my best VRBO experiences and I will definitely stay here again! Thank you Franco for creating such a perfect space and your excellent communication!
