Cuisine : assez complète. J'aurais aimé avoir plus de trucs comme huile, épices etc.
Très bonne approvisionnement en gel désinfectant dans toutes les pièces de la maison.
C'est un appartement qui n'a pas beaucoup d'éclairage naturel puisque est entouré de blocs appartement autour. Impossible de voir les montagnes qui sont pourtant très proches. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée et du spa! Ainsi que le BBQ très propre!

Amazing stay in Canmore!

The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown Canmore, with its great restaurants and shops, and only a quick drive to Banff. The scenery surrounding the property was breathtaking, with stunning mountain views.
The home itself was spotless and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the living space was cozy and inviting, with a fireplace that made our evenings extra special. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we woke up refreshed for all our adventures.
Overall, this Vrbo exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect base for exploring Canmore and the surrounding area. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Rockies!

Great spot in canmore!

The host provided a lot of information prior to our stay on how to access the unit, events in the area, and what to expect.
I messaged in advance to ask if there was a coffee grinder and there was a brand new one waiting for us when we arrived.
We had a couple minor issues upon arrival that were handled quickly and efficiently by Franco.
This unit isn't poolside, but as close as you'd want to be without the excess noise that I imagine you'd find with the units right next to the pool.
The heated pool and covered hot tub were easy to access, clean, and open 8am-11pm.
The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.
We didn't have kids with us but if they were there they would have loved the Harry Potter room!
Little touches like a bottle of wine, fresh made ice, plenty of hooks to hang wet towels and Bathing suits, and nice towels made this place above and beyond many places I have stayed before.
There was a whole chest of games inside the coffee table too, which was fun!
Overall this was one of my best VRBO experiences and I will definitely stay here again!

We are deeply humbled by your feedback regarding our chalet! We work really hard to ensure the place meets all expectations and if there is something that we can do to improve our guests' experience, we will try to make that happen. Although Keurig fits most guests; having ground coffee can be important for those connoisseurs of the coffee world.
We can attest that not have a direct line to the pool can be beneficial for folks that tends to like a bit of peace and quiet. It doesn't hurt that you are 10 secs from the pool!!
Having a perfect place to for guests to enjoy is hard as catering to all guests expectations is hard. The trick is being reponsive and addressing questions as they come is the icing! We are honoured to be ones that was able to make your getaway awesome!

The location was perfect, checkin was so easy and loved all the daily local events that were sent by to us by the host. We will definitely recommend staying here to all our friends.

We are so very happy that you and your family had an amazing time with us in Canmore. Yes, the Harry Potter room is a hit with the kids. But sometimes that adults want to enjoy more as they are the ones that read the books!!
Glad the recommendations came in handy. There are always the "bucket-list" items that folks come see, but often the "local events" are equally enjoyable as the crowds are smaller.
