Just for your and future guests' information, please let me know as soon as possible if you experience any issue in the unit, most of them can be fixed very soon to make the rest of your stay perfect. Do not waiting until check out day, although I highly appreciate any comments/communication that would benefit future guests.
While waiting for technician to fix the AC or heating issues, we do provide portable heaters in winter and air cooler fans in summer.
In summary, we always do our best to provide you a comfortable and high quality vacation stay.

Thanksgiving Weekend Stay
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean and comfortable accommodation. Layout of the place is very functional. Having two full baths was very convenient. We used the kitchen quite a lot, so we wouldn't have to eat out. The fridge is large, and there's a dishwasher. The parkas is a great asset.

Surpassed our expectations
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe unit has everything you could possibly want for a lengthy stay: all the necessary kitchen stuff, clothes washer & dryer (which we used several times) and quick access to all of Canmore and Bsnff National Park. Plus it was very comfortable for the 4 of us.
