Nice stay and away from the busy area of Banff. Only a short 10 min ride to Banff

This is definitely a place to stay longer than 2 nights as it has everything a family needs to enjoy their stay.
The dryer wasn't at its best but we could manage it.
And although the access and rules were a bit complex to follow, we also dealt with them accordingly without trouble.
We didn't have time to use the pool but we kept wondering if the access to it was from the indoor aisles or we had to walk through the parking lot to get there (if the latter, I wouldn't find that convenient...).

Staff was very accommodating. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with pillows, towels and toiletries. Games room and pool were a hit with the kids. My only wish was that the kitchen had more basics like salt, pepper and cooking oil.

We do keep the kitchen stocked with salt and pepper, though for safety reasons we have to use the individual packages.
