The room was great but 3 different rooms had their alarms going and going. One was at 11:30 pm. One was at 6:00 am and another was at 6:30 am.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel front desk staff and everyone was amazing. Except the msassge centre. Booked a couple massage for my family with @BODHI WELLNESS it was their first time visiting Alberta. I was hoping I’d hear positive feedback unfortunately they failed to meet the expectations.

The unit we stayed in needs some attention. It was clean but a little beat up. Don’t expect to cook more than anything basic as we couldn’t even find a knife to cut with. The price was right though for a quick getaway.

5 stars for comfort, luxury suite with kitchen, fireplace, and robes for Hotel amenities outstanding hot pools, eucalyptus steam even a small gym. Great service ask they will assist you! Felt like home. Not just a hotel but a home away from home..
