Renovated farm house with 7 rooms, located in Umbria, in a village called Cannara, to 10km from Assisi and 30km from Perugia , the center of an area rich in culture and gastronomy. At the first floor there are 5 bedrooms with 12 places (3 rooms have a bathroom inside, while the other two share a hallway bathroom). Outside the ground floor lounge equipped large kitchen next to the house where are the rooms. . This accommodation is situated in an agricultural property with large garden, parking, pool, bowling alley, table tennis. The bed linen and towels are provided, any saturday there will be the change of the linen, the final cleaning is included in the price. Supermarket at 1km. To 150km from here the most beautiful italian towns like Rome, Florence, Siena, the lovely lake Trasimeno is to 50Km, the sea to 115km.

Parfait pour deux familles

Le propriaitaire était très chaleureux et sympathique. La maison est grande et permet d'avoir de l'intimité. L'emplacement est ideal pour visiter la région et une partie de la Toscane. Je recommande.

Ferragosto indimenticabile!!!!

Io ed i miei amici abbiamo deciso si passare il ferragosto in questa carinissima proprietà nella campagna dì cannara, la struttura è confortevole ottima per passare del tempo in compagnia, attrezzata dì tutto il necessario. Proprietario gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi su richiesta, la mattina si occupa della pulizia della piscina, ma non ci accorgevamo neanche nel suo arrivo. Tutto veramente stupendo, ci siamo dispiaciuti per aver prenotato solo 2 giorni

Proprietario gentile e pronto a dare consigli. La struttura è in campagna con un bellissimo spazio all'aperto con tanto verde curato e piscina mantenuta pulita giornalmente dal proprietario dotata di ombrelloni e sdraio. Lo stabile è datato, e necessità di ristrutturazione interna con 3 camere complete di piccoli bagni interni e 1 camera con 4 letti e 1 cameretta con bagno grande esterno in comune, tutte al 1 piano. La cucina è collocata in una dépendance con bagno che permette di mangiare sia internamente che esternamente nel porticato o sul prato. Essendo in aperta campagna presenti insetti e ragnatele.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet die Austattung ist vollständig. Der Pool ist super mit Sprungbrett, alle waren begeistert. Nach einer Woche wurden das Haus gereinigt Handtücher un Bettwäsche gewechselt. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Walter konnte bei Fragen immer helfen und war sehr zuvorkommend. Super Urlaub uns hat nichts gefehlt und können das Objekte mit Garten, Pool und Zimmer ohne weiteres weitempfehlen. Danke Walter Gruß Konrad

Super piscine et super espace extérieur

La maison était bien équipée au point de vu loisirs. Plusieurs possibilités pour rechercher l'ombre dans le grand jardin. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation avec les 37° que nous avons eus. Le wifi fonctionne uniquement dans les chambres. Merci Walter pour le vin, l'eau et le café.

Esperienza da ripetere

Ottima posizione, piscina fantastica, sempre pulita, spazio esterno ampio e recintato, sicuro se presenti bambini. Siamo grati al signor Walter per la disponibilità e la presenza discreta ma efficiente. Noi siamo un gruppo di quattro nuclei famigliari con ragazzi dai 4 ai 14 anni e consigliamo il soggiorno.

Relax in libertà

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura estremamente funzionale, con spazi divisi ottimamente che permettono anche a tre famiglie di poter avere la loro privacy....le camere hanno il loro bagno privato, la piscina e il giardino sono molto belli e curati. Si possono raggiungere facilmente mete di interesse. La vera ciliegina è il titolare persona genuina e molto disponibile.

Très bon séjour

Propriétaire agréable et répondant très vite aux différents messages. La maison était parfaite, et bien équipée au point de vu loisirs (table de Ping pong, babyfoot, terrain de pétanque, grande piscine...). L’endroit est calme (excepté le chien de la voisine qui a tendance à aboyer :/). Séjour au global très satisfaisant, je recommande !

Einfaches Haus mit Platz für 12

Das Haus befindet sich in einer günstige Lage, um die touristischen Highlights Umbriens zu erkunden. Nach Assisi fährt man 15 Minuten, nach Perugia 30, nach Bevagna 7, nach Orvieto oder Gubbio 60. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, vier von fünf verfügen über ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, WC und Bidet. Alle Zimmer liegen im ersten Stock. ie Küche (mit Essplatz für 12 Personen) liegt in einem kleinen Extragebäude. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber vollständig. Aus der Beschreibung geht nicht hervor, dass es kein Wohnzimmer gibt. Im Sommer und bei gutem Wetter ist das egal, da man sowieso den ganzen Tag im großen und (wichtig) schattigen Garten verbringt. Dort ist auch genug Mobiliar vorhanden, um mit 12 Personen zu essen. Der Pool ist hervorragend, groß, mit Sprungbrett für die Kinder und zur alleinigen Nutzung. Auch abends spät darf noch gebadet werden. Walter ist ein toller Gastgeber. Einmal pro Woche wired das Haus geputzt und es gibt frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Dadurch ist Walter täglich vor Ort und ansrechbar. Als die Kaffemaschine kaputt ging war innerhalb eines Tages Ersatz da. WAlter bemüht sich, alle Probleme uind Fragen umgehend zu klären. Als mein Schwiegervater einen Arzt brauchte, ist Walter mit ihm zu seinem Arzt gefhren und hat übersetzt. Wir (zwei Familien mit 5 Kindern im Alter von 8 bis 16 Jahren, zwei Senioren) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Unterkunft mit inem so tollen Pool und so großen Garten wird man zu diesem Preis sicher nicht oft in Umbrien finden.

Superbe semaine !

Superbe accueil de Walter (boissons fraîches, tomates, salades, ...) qui cherche toujours à nous satisfaire ! La maison est idéalement située : près d’Assises, de Pérouse et de magnifiques petits villages qui valent le détour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (nous étions 9) grâce à la super piscine, au extérieur ombragé bien agréable, à la maison suffisamment équipée !

Trevligt och rent hus med välskött pol. Bra kontakt med ägaren varje dag,! Nära till stor affär!

Huset ligger strax utanför Cannara, en mil från Assisi. Rent och fint. Stor pol med ca hälften 1 meters djup och resten ca 3 meter med en svikt. Polen städades varje dag och fylldes på med vatten. Bra kontakt med ägaren dagligen! Stor supermarket inne i samhället. Ingen aircondition,men bra takfläkt och bra fönster med fina myggnät som rullgardin och fönsterluckor,! Vår dubbelsäng hade lite väl hård resormadrass, men där tycker säkert många olika. Slutomdömme! Ett prisvärt och trevligt boende för vår storfamilj, barn och barnbarn 13 personer!
