We stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights.
On arrival the street was closed for holiday celebrations and we had to walk with a young family and all luggage for 4 blocks to arrive at the hotel.
Check in was absolutely woeful.
There were multiple guests waiting to check in and only one staff member working with many others just fluttering about behind the reception desk.
When finally at the front of the line It took almost 30 mins to complete the check in process which is far too long.
No urgency from the staff whatsoever.
One room was fine, large and great view, the second not so much - could hear a loud vibrating noise all day and night, banging and cluttering also throughout the night
Excellent location but for the price, you would expect a higher level of service
