Decent but wanted more

Overall the stay was not bad. It’s in the middle of the town which made it convenient. Our fireplace did quit working which was frustrating. My only other complaint would be that the TV had over 2000 channels listed and we could only get six to work. It would have been nice to have an available channel guide instead of having to just click or flip through channels

Nice, but a few quirks

The accommodations worked well for our needs, but there were a few inconveniences. The unit was fairly clean and the welcome basket for our dogs was nice. It was, however, really cold on arrival (thermostat was set to 50), so the whole place took a while to warm up. The front door is controlled by a keypad deadbolt with a long access code that was a pain to enter; also no instruction was given for locking the door, so we fumbled with that for a while (as did neighbors). The ceiling was leaking/dripping water into the kitchen sink. The TV had about 800 channels, but only a few (5?) that worked - hunting for those channels was such a waste that we simply turned off the TV - a printed channel guide would have been helpful. The futon had some sort of residue on the back, which we covered to avoid touching. The water pressure in the shower was rather weak. Having a dishwasher was nice, and the mini kitchen was helpful. The refrigerator was helpful, and ice trays were appreciated.

Nice Property

The location is really convenient if your staying in Cannon Beach. The place was clean when we arrived. The only drawback was that the gas fireplace wouldnt work for us. Other than that it was a great stay.

The place was lovely but the fireplace didn’t work and that was one of the main reasons I decided to book the weekend with you. The place upstairs kept us up constantly. So loud! I don’t know what is happening up there but it completely ruined the calm and realization we were looking for…

All good except living room futons. They were old and wore out. It made our legs and back hurt. We probably won't stay again because of that.

Black mold

Black mold in the bathroom gave my respiratory system a work out. Would like to stay there again, but can’t take the chance.

frustrating

We were not able to get either TV working correctly and were promised that someone would come and help, but we never heard from anyone again. The bathroom toilet was plugged when we got there, and we had a very hard time finding a plunger.

Cannon beach trip

Perfect location. The beach is a few minutes walk away which is what I wanted. Great spot
