The staff was very friendly. I requested the toilet be cleaned ( I noticed it didn't look like it had been clean. The rest of the bathroom looked fine.) and more kleenex but that never happened. I ran out of toilet paper. The second morning I missed breakfast but at 9:20 there was no coffee cups or coffee available.

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsTERRIBLE!! The first room we were put in was still dirty and the TV would not work. We were moved across the hall to another dirty room and NO HOT WATER!!! The pool is definitely clean with all the chlorine they use, our eyes burned for days!!

Traveling through
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HotelsClaire was absolutely wonderful. She was kind and accommodating when I asked for a different room, as the one assigned to us had a faulty ac unit. She also was very helpful when I asked for another set of towels. She gave her favorite go-to eateries when I inquired. Not only was she pleasant with me, but as I heard and saw her interact with others checking in, she was very professional.

Bed was hard and there was not a chair in the room. Other than that was ok
