I’d like to start this review by saying I have stayed at this property twice before and it was great. This time was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I stay in hotel rooms across the country multiple times per month. I prepaid 3 nights and didn’t arrive on my first night due to work delays. When I went to check in they informed me they canceled my reservation because I didn’t check in the first day. Yet I received no phone call, text or email informing me of this. The front desk person basically told me there was nothing they could do as there’s no manager onsite. I had already paid over $300 for the room and was being turned away and no refund?? Once I became more upset suddenly she was able to fix it and give me my room. The room was filthy. Visible feces splatter in the toilet. Bathroom sink had toothpaste and hair in it. Moldy shower curtain. The bath towels were wet and folded up like new. I’m convinced this room was never cleaned and they just made the beds. Hallway carpet looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in days. There was free breakfast but no way I was going to eat there after seeing how dirty my room was. Pretty disappointing considering how much I enjoyed my stays before. Guess I’ll being going to Hilton express next time I am passing through.

My room was not clean and the paint was coming off the walls and ceiling and the bathroom was dirty and the toilet had a black ring inside the bowl the floor in the hallway was dirty.

No había suficiente comida en el almuerzo, estaba sucios los pasillos y en el cuarto había varios detalles de falta de limpieza.
