The room was very dark, with poor lighting. A ceiling tile was missing above the sink with wires hanging down. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and "clunky" sounding. Altogether this was not the luxurious experience we expected at Glenmoor.

Thank you for commenting on your stay, we strive to get everything right, but it sounds as if we may have dropped the ball on this one. The property outside is quite lovely but the inside could use upgrading. Would recommend getting new pillows and the air conditioner/bathroom exhaust fan were very loud.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it very much.
However it was really cold in the room at night even though it was August and there was no heat and we could not open window to have warm air come into the room.
Also the placement of the TV in the cabinet did not allow the 2nd bed occupant to view the TV. Need to think the bed locations vid a vid TV location.

Hotel has a long history and is shared by the country club. The room was average , needed updated , some furnishings were broken and didnt work. It was clean and quiet.

Property is in gated community. All staff was friendly and helpful. Could use some updating. Overall nice stay.

It's a beautiful property. The room was clean, spacious and well-appointed.
Check in was slow. Staff seemed confused about my reservation.
Room service wasn't great. The food was ok, but they never returned to clean up the dishes. Even after I called.

Property staff was very friendly. This is a gated area and we had no problems getting in and out. The signage for the main entrance was not very direct, however, we were still greeted at the “wrong” entrance and told where we needed to go. Pool seemed very clean from what we could see, unfortunately did not get to use it. Minor cosmetics in the room and had to wait for hot water for a little over 5min. All in all it a gorgeous place to stay and will return if we are in the area.

The hotel was beautiful and the grounds well maintained. However. In a country club, such as this, better beds are a must. Sadly, the bed that I slept on was completely worn out in my opinion. The right side of the bed sunk in. For the price of the hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Also, the drapes wouldn’t close because they were torn on the top, and the outlet plug-ins in the wall were worn out. so much in fact that the light flickered on and off on a couple of occasions, also scary! Additionally, my blow dryer did not work in my room and when I asked for another one, they said they didn’t have any. So, I literally had to go out and purchase one late at night! (for my event the next day) That was the dealbreaker for me. You can’t charge premium prices for a hotel/Inn if items are failing in the rooms. That is not customer service.
