Idyllic lakefront retreat
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI didn’t know places like this still exist. So peaceful throughout the day and night. We didn’t see any people the whole weekend other than a handful of fishing boats on the lake. No traffic despite being on a main road that passes through the area and takes you straight into town. The house and property were comfortable, clean, and well provisioned. We cooked every night, used the kayak, the dock, the grill, and the jacuzzi. Excellent value overall.

Great cabin, beautiful lake, excellent fishing
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOur second stay there. Dan and Leslie are very accommodating hosts. The house (cabin) is nothing fancy but perfect for a few days' getaway. It's a beautiful setting (despite the moderately busy highway between the house and the dock). Caught quite a few rainbow trout, a couple of which were in the 4 to 5 pound range, along with a smattering of other fish.
This will not be our last time staying here!
