The property was fine. I did not like the very loud fan in the bathroom every time you turned the light on. And the walls were so thin I could hear conversations and the television in the next room

Staff was very very attentive and hospitable. Room was sufficient clean and, comfortable!

Dear Jamon,Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the pre-authorization charge. It appears that the additional hold was automatically released by your bank after a few days, and we’ve ensured that no extra charges were applied. We didn't apply a refund it automatically fell off & return to your account. We weren't aware of these charges nor could we see them. It was Alarming, We can always Communicate with the bank if we need to help assist you. We are Glad you received the entire authorization back, We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience. The front desk staff were amazing but the hotel was subpar for $150 a night. Fire alarms went off almost every single night during my stay— I don’t think I would stay again.

Comfortable and clean.

The facility was clean with no objectionable odors. Lights, appliances and plumbing all functioned as they should. The bed was comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. The TV remote actually worked and was not sticky or grungy.
