The place was very nicely maintained and the all the staff that we met were very helpful. The price was excellent.

Black mold
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsThe shower head was covered with pink and black mold. The shower had black mold all around it. Just not a well maintained room. My daughter and I would walk to the lobby and get hit with a strong smell of Marijuana coming from the room 3 doors down. The staff were very nice and helful.

I am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues.The shower head in my room was covered with pink and black mold, and there was black mold around the shower itself. These conditions made the room feel poorly maintained and unclean.Additionally, during our stay, my daughter and I encountered a strong smell of marijuana coming from a room three doors down as we walked to the lobby. This was quite unpleasant and impacted our overall experience.I would like to acknowledge that the staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. However, the issues mentioned above significantly detracted from our comfort and satisfaction.I hope that you will address these concerns to improve the quality of your hotel for future guests.Sincerely,vj

Housekeeping a real joke!
