It’s an older hotel kind of smells musky

Larry You are so correct we are an older property about to go under renovations. reno plans have already been approved by Hilton so it will no be too much longer! Yeah. How did the crew treat you, and was your room clean?

Great Place to Stay!!
Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HotelsYour AV Install teams do work in Canton occasionally and we also, book the Hampton Inn! Our room is always ready when we arrive. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is amazing! We will stay here the next time we are in Canton for sure!!

Sorry for the delay in a response.Thank for taking the time to fill in a survey. Our housekeeping team work hard to make sure the rooms are clean and fresh for our guest. Then on top of that the front desk team actually like people and taking care of their travel needs. Imagine that working in the hospitality business and liking people. Glad we will see you your next time you are in the area.

This hotel had the best reviews for the area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby and overall hotel was not clean. The poor front desk lady was running all around (short staffed). We had to wait 15min before she was at the desk to help because she had to clean a room for someone else. Overall it was just okay.

Samantha,If you get a chance, please call the hotel directly, 601-859-8700. I would like to speak with you directly about your stay.I am glad your room was clean and comfortable, but it is not ok just to have an OK stay. We want to do better!
