Do not stay here

Terrible mold smell. Carpet wet from malfunctioning a/c. Dead bugs in room. Bathtub was a death trap. Everything was in very poor condition.

We arrived late at night to the hotel. From the outside it appeared to be okay. However, the interior was pretty terrible. Our room smelled like urine, our toilet wasn’t anchored to the ground, there was traces of mold in the shower, and we even killed a couple of roaches. It seemed like the beds were new and updated, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I’m just disappointed reading that all other guests commented on the cleanliness of the hotel. That is a must for me in a stay. So I thought we’d be okay.

I have stayed here many times and the staff are very helpful. Only weird experience this time was maid service cleaned only one side of the room. One bed made the other not, however if that’s the only issue I still clearly would recommend. The breakfast is also much better then other hotel chains I pay more for.
