Amenities suck.
Publié le 19 nov. 2023 sur HotelsOnly 3 towels for 9 people. Only one roll of paper towels. Roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Big kitchen but only 2 burner stove. Limited kitchen utensils. Great location though. Beautiful view.

Super dirty and not well maintained
Publié le 31 janv. 2022 sur HotelsI will preface by saying we received a full refund. We did not stay in the rooms they were too dirty - we left upon inpection. We paid $300+ per night.
Rooms were filthy with vomit behind the toilet, hairs all over the beds (on sheets). Boogers wiped on walls and months of crud and dirt on baseboards. The room looks like it had not been cleaned in months. Everywhere we looked was an issue. 1. The slider doors did not lock. 2. Missing smoke detectors 3. Bath towels did not match, (3 different colors). Looks like the towels were just thrown together. 3. Remote controls for Tv's did not work. 4. We found dead bugs throughout the room. 5. light bulbs in rooms were burnt out. Overall, this room was sad and depressing. My wife and kids literally begged me to leave in the middle of the night.
Unfortunately, the location is rural and we were forced to drive all the way into San Antonio in the middle of the night. This location does not have an office or person on site. Communications was a challenge.

Thank you for your review. While this is not the type of review we strive for, we appreciate you taking the time to provide the feedback so we can use this as a learning experience. This is far from the type of experience we want anyone to have and not only is it unacceptable but quite honestly it's embarrassing. We are a small business and take every review, good and bad, personal and to heart. These issues have been addressed with everyone involved to ensure they won't happen again in the future. We could never apologize enough that they even happened to you in the first place. The sheets we use are being replaced as it appears even when laundered they are still trapping hair which we fully understand is off-putting. There is a company coming in to repaint all the units which will solve the majority of the dirty appearance. According to our communication you left after an hour, around 8 pm, and we wish you would've asked for hotels nearby from our staff member who answered the after hours phone. New Braunfels has a wide variety of hotels and is less than 15 minutes from our location. Again, we could never apologize enough and can assure you this won't ever happen again.

Too Noisy
Publié le 28 avr. 2021 sur HotelsI rented the B cabin however if someone is staying in the A cabin they are attached by just a regular door that was in the bedroom of B but the kitchen of A. It was very noisy and the guests in A decided to cook fish and our whole cabin stunk. The cabin B is not worth the money. They should not rent B if guests are in A or rent them together

Whitewater Condo Stay

It was very roomy and clean but no pans were available very limited utensils. I text the phone number thats on pamphlet as you walk in and no one ever responded.
