Publié le 24 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur stay was absolutely amazing. The home is gorgeous, the food was delicious and everyone was extremely nice. Laundry was done everyday for us which was amazing. As a mom, I really felt pampered and was really able to relax. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were incredible. We will most definitely return for another stay!

Best property in all of Cap Cana with Eden Roc access
Publié le 13 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything about this property was amazing. Alix was great with check-in and ensuring everything was going well. Carlos wouldn't let us lift a finger and made sure we were well-fed and ready with drinks. Calderon's food was perfect. Breakfast was always a treat and dinners were special and authentic (some of the best ribs I've ever had). The open-air living spaces are great to hang out in, and the rooms are immaculately clean and very cold (if that's what you want). Having access to the Eden Roc beach club via a short golf cart ride (included x2) was a treat and helped make this the perfect vacation. I'd highly recommend this property. We can't wait to return.

That's how I can start this review from the beginning to the last minute the staff was the most amazing part of my vacation thks to Calderon Carlos,franklin,Angela and Alix to make my family vacation so especial...the location is stunning the villa fantastic,the weather amazing, the security great.

Beautiful villa and wonderful staff

As nice as the accommodations were, the best part of our experience was the staff and how great they are at their jobs. Amazing food that was cooked and spiced perfectly. Keeling was our butler, and was so nice and fun to be around. Alix coordinated everything we wanted to do and again, was just extremely competent and friendly. One additional note - Our cousins from Brazil stayed locally at another hotel for a couple of days after we left. They are very inexperienced travelers and had issues with their travel documents when trying to return home. They reached out to us for help but there was little we could do - so we reached out to Alix. He got involved and was able to get everything they needed to be able to return home. I think that says everything about the kind of people that work for this villa.

Best Vacation Ever with the Best Staff
Publié le 14 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayI can actually say we miss the friendly staff that attended us during our stay. Alix, Kelin and the chef, Rogelio are the best. The villa is impecable and we are definitely going back. Thanks for a great time.

Doesn't get any better
Publié le 22 janv. 2021 sur HomeAwayFrom beginning to end this was an amazing stay. Spotless, well kept up, excellent Wi-Fi which is important to me to handle work issues while on vacation. Maids were there on time and throughout the day to keep towels, sheets, etc fresh and supplied. The staff in the kitchen was amazing, the food was prepared to order at breakfast lunch and dinner. You don't have to do a thing, just let them know what you want. If you have a certain liquor you like, they will find it. Location is the best in the resort in my opinion, on the golf course and an easy walk to the clubhouse. You are supplied a large golf cart to get around the property. Eden Roc resort is a short walk as well, which you have access to. There's not anything I would have changed about the stay.
Be sure though to bring CASH (you have a safe in your room). There are almost no ATM's anywhere nearby and you will not be able to get much out of them. The staff is tipped in cash at the end of the stay.

Amazing Villa and Staff!
Publié le 18 mars 2019 sur HomeAwayCaleton Villa #8 is pure luxury. The main living area is all open, amazing views and breeze. The view from the pool is remarkable. The house staff and chef made sure everything was perfect at all times. The villa's 4 bedrooms were perfect for us (4 couples), but the villa would be great for families with kids also. Highly recommend everything about this trip and this villa!
