TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT
Publié le 15 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayTo be fair, this is a beautiful property. The check in was horrible because the unit was not ready at 3. Horrible communication between Abraham and us made us sit in the lobby for over an hour. Unit is located in a large complex with no convenience store nearby. Only one choice for a restaurant and that was a 1 mile walk. No drinking water in unit on arrival. No follow up by Abraham as promised for information on restaurants, taxi or food delivery. This person is clearly not capable of doing his job! I would never rent from this person again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR VACATION TIME AT THIS PROPERTY!!! If you are the ower of this property, fire Abraham!

A tired condo with in adequate communication and concierge service..
Publié le 6 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property seemed nice from the pictures. We know Cap Cana and the Marina well so had high expectations. However, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The place was very tired, cabinets rotted in bathroom, broken dishwasher, old worn out furnishings, no essentials were available so we had to buy everything right down to a dish rag. The concierge Abrahan did not provide any items requested by the owner. Overall, not worth the money.

The place is perfect for my family of 6, plenty of space for everyone and the fishing boat is right out the back door! The beaches and pools didn't disappoint this time either! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable stay at Cap Cana! It was also a pleasant surprise that some of the restaurants and shops were open, despite the pandemic!

Quality furniture and secure

Publié le 27 mars 2017 sur HomeAwayUn viaje perfecto en familia. Todo muy bueno, lindo apartamiento muy bien cuidado y equipado, con una vista preciosa para la marina. Cerca de la playa la cual se puede ir caminando! Volveremos pronto!!
