The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay because of their attentions. I will only recomment more variety of food at the snack bar near the pool.

This Property is not a 5 Star facility. It is an old pig with lipstick on it.3 to 3.5 at best. Our Butler service was terrible. We believe because we did not pay for the upgraded service they try to hit you up for at check in. If you don't agree to pay them an extra $100.00 a day they don't want to provide any service to you. I message them before we went there that it was our 40th anniversary. They message me back "Rest assured that our team of butlers will go out of their way to make your stay truly unforgettable." I guess they forgot to tell me only if I pay the $100.00 a day extra that I might get that service. I went all the way to the Dominican and never got into the ocean because their beach area was nothing but a black water seaweed swamp. The picture of their beach must me air brushed on the site. I was never told that I was able to go anywhere else to get to the beach until the day before I left by another Butler who also told me it was too late for that day to go. It also says it has 4 Restaurants at the hotel, but they are never open at the same time, only one per day. Same area different menu. It is a swamp. Now for the Good: They have a few really good staff members who try to make your stay enjoyable. The food that was available was fairly good. Bar staff was good. I meet a lot of Great customers there. I personally will not go back to any of the Palladium facilities. I will probably never use Travelocity ever again as I have lost my faith in their services.

I recently stayed at this resort while attending a wedding and was very disappointed. Upon check-in, I was asked for my card information and told I would be paying immediately, which was odd since I usually pay at the end of my stay, especially after booking through a third-party site. I complied and was informed my card was declined due to the resort attempting to charge $30,000 instead of $600. The staff was apathetic and unable to clarify this issue, resulting in American Express limiting my spending.
After finally checking in with another card, I found the hot water wasn’t working and the bed linens were dirty. Attempts to reach the front desk went unanswered, so I had to message staff via WhatsApp, which led to Expedia helping get someone to change the linens. The staff arrived with an attitude despite the clear issue.
The next day, my breakfast order was incomplete and incorrect. If my stay had been longer, I would have left for another resort. While the view is beautiful, the hospitality and service were severely lacking. I cannot recommend this resort based on my experience.
