Cliff-top Comfort near Cheticamp

Welcome to this fully equipped, 3-bedroom, cliff-top vacation home. Located on the Cabot Trail, 10 minutes from Cheticamp and 30 min from Cabot Cliffs. Enjoy stunning ocean views from every room.

The sundeck provides another space to take in the rugged coastline while barbequing mouth-watering local fish or a steak.

Our home also features a fenced lookout area along the edge of the cliff. This can be a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine, read a book or take photos.

Guests have access to the entire home, a sundeck and a sitting area out at the point above the cliffs.

We like to give our guests space but are available by phone, text or email to help guests have a pleasant stay.

Our vacation home is nestled in the heart of the Acadian village known as Cap LeMoine along the famous Cabot Trail.

We are a ten minute drive from the fisherman’s dock, marina, restaurant, shops and golf course in Cheticamp and a scenic 30 minute drive from Cabot Cliffs Golf Course/

The best way to get around is by car.

1. Guests agree to be responsible for their own safety near the cliff as a fall could result in serious injury or death.

2. Home Sharing - We are pleased to host families of up to six people or parties of two couples who wish to share a villa. Base price is based on 4 guests. Extra guest fees apply to a 5th and 6th guest.

The sharing of a villa by 3 couples, however, is not permitted without approval by the owner.

3. The home is equipped with a 240 Volt, 50 amp receptacle for high speed EV charging.  Guests must bring their own charging cable and an adapter compatible with an RV outlet (as shown in picture in photo gallery). Charging fees apply at 25 cents per KWh.
- Guests acknowledge the presence of the cliff and assume full responsiblity for their personal safety on the property

- Guests are not permitted to cook lobster, crab or fish inside the home. Fish must be cooked outside on the barbeque using a grill or boilers. Cooking fish inside will result in forfeiture of damage deposit and possible fines of $250 or more.

- Guests are required to stow away outdoor furniture and close windows when away from the property due to unpredictable winds and weather in the area.

- Guests must keep noise levels to within reasonable levels in order to preserve our good relations with our neighbours.

Wonderful place with a gorgeous view

We spent a week on Cape Breton in this beautiful property for our first stay in Nova Scotia. The house is well equipped and has a high standard. It had everything we needed and the kitchen with the view was gorgeous. Michael was a very helpful and responsive host and we appreciated all the help. Perfect Oceanfront Stay with Exceptional Service

We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful location. The property was spotless, very well managed, and perfectly situated with stunning ocean views. The EV charger was a huge convenience, making it easy for us to explore various spots around Cape Breton. Perfection

This property is perfectly situated on Cape Breton. It faces the wayer (big windows) in Kitchen, dining area, living area and bedroom. It is spotless. The kitchen is extremely neat and organized. The fridge was spotless and no odor. Yhe dining area(open to the kitchen) is all windows. The master bedroom and bath were nicely decorated, Bed was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of ectra linens, should we have neefed them. Washer and dryer came in very handy as we had traveled long term. Laundry detergent was available. The property is on the ocean cliffside. There were both Adirondack chairs as well as zero-gravity chairs for us to use. ALL were clean and in great condition. Michael was extremely responsive to our inquiries both before booking, as well as during the period prior to check-in. Also, the instructions on entering the home and rules of the home were clear and reasonable. These rules ensure the home is well cared for and reaffirms pride in ownership. When we arrived, the owner asked us to call him to chat. Michael made sure we had what we needed and that all was good and in working order. He even offered ideas on what to do in the area. Parking is easy and generous. We have rented homes often and this property is the cleanest, best organized we have ever had. Thank you Michael for making our stay so wonderful. We will return and will try one of your other properies next time.

Convenient location with great ocean view

The high bank peaceful ocean front property offers spectacular sunset views over the ocean from the spacious deck. At night one can fall asleep listening to the ocean waves crashing onto the rocks below. Excellent location near the Cheticamp visitor center for the Cape Breton Highlands National Park. A perfect starting point for the first days of our week long journey on the Cabot Trail. The owner, Michael Stein, was very helpful from the day we made our reservation through our stay. He has a sincere desire to make your stay as wonderful and worry free as possible. Highly recommend.

PRIME Location!

The house was perfect for the three of us. Lovely living room and kitchen. Ten minutes south of Cheticamp where we purchased groceries and NSLB. Minutes from the National Highland Park. Back deck is west facing and always a breeze!

Incredible views and beautiful home!

We really loved staying at this beautiful place. The views of the ocean are amazing and you can see them from every spot in the home. The back deck was lovely to enjoy coffee in the evening and watch the sunset. The house itself is immaculately clean and very well appointed for a five-star stay. We would definitely stay here again. Spectacular Stay in Cap de Moine

Our stay at this beautiful ocean front home was nothing less than perfect. Michael was a fabulous host - making sure we had detailed instructions prior to arrival and following up with a quick call when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. The house is lovely with a very attractive decor and stunning views of the coast from inside and from the deck. It was sparkling clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A wonderful experience

Michael’s home was very clean and well stocked and the ocean view was magnificent. It was a bit of driving as we went back and forth to Cheticamp several times but beautiful and peaceful at the home. Our stay was wonderful. The home was lovely with an amazing view. Morning coffee in the kitchen looking at the water was very special. The location is outside of towns to the north and south but a quick drive that allows you to take in the views.

The property is well kept and perfect spot to shoot time lapse sun sets. Well stocked and appliances all very nice. Though we did not use the washer and drier it was nice to have. Beds were very comfortable and the view from the deck was phenomenal.
