Appartement spacieux et bien aménagé, vue magnifique. En revanche, heure du check-out un peu tôt dans la journée (10 heures le matin) surtout quand le vol de retour est le soir...Certes, possibilité de stocker les bagages mais pas de prendre une douche avant le départ...

Séjour parfait mis à part un Wi-Fi catastrophique; Wi-Fi parfois nécessaire lorsque l'on a des obligations professionnelles ... Le personnel est très pro et sympathique. Les transats et les lounges de la piscine sont de qualité afin que vous puissiez apprécier votre apéro dans un confort exceptionnel. Ajay, le manager sera disponible pour toutes vos sollications. Bravo et merci à toute l'équipe.

Pour : la déco / la piscine / la vue / le jardin / l'emplacement au Nord et à côté de la petite église Notre Dame Auxiliatrice
Contre : Un règlement sur le respect du calme des lieux, avec intervention du gardien si nécessaire
Emplacement : Pamplemousse, les plages superbes de Mont CHoisy, Perebeyre, Trou aux biches, les temples, l'Atelier du Sucre, les ilets du Nord, l'ile Plate...
Mieux qu'un hotel de luxe! 150 m2, très bel appartement de luxe, service de ménage tous les jours, gardien à votre service si besoin, barbecue Weber super pratique, calme, vue magnifique, piscine... Allez y les yeux fermés!

Beautiful (penthouse) flat with large terrace and fantastic view of the Indian Ocean and the offshore northern islands. Very well maintained. Very nice and helpful staff. However, you need a car, the own locked car park is available for this purpose. Nice beaches in the area, but no direct beach access from the complex, but you can use the kayaks provided by the hotel. Be sure to go to the offshore islands. There are also good diving opportunities in the area.

Sono andata in questa struttura prenderò un volo hotel a 3800€ per me è le mie due figlie ,arrivate in struttura alle 7 di sera, nella struttura cera solo la guardia molto gentile e disponibile, non ci ha fatto check-in nessuno...li intorno non c’è nessun ristorante per mangiare qualcosa quindi la prima sera a digiuno. Secondo giorno abbiamo trovato un topo che girava per casa:(enorme con un naso lungo che fa non solo paura è vomitare ma schifo..abbiamo chiesto aiuto a la guardai ma purtroppo loro fanno le guardie e non caccia topi..hanno fatto del loro meglio ma senza risolvere il problema...quindi abbiamo dovuto stare per 3 notti con questo topo che girava da per tutto ,le trappole messe in tutta la casa ,topo furbo mangiava il cibo ma non si faceva fregare,ovviamente abbiamo fatto video di ore e foto di tutto questo ,anche perché avevamo paura di dormire la notte quindi stavamo alla caccia del topo.non c’è nessun responsabile in questa struttura le guardie hanno chiamato qualcuno che per una sera chi hanno spostato in un altra camera ma il giorno dopo la solita cosa !!!abbiamo usufruttò de la colazione il primo giorno10€ a persona ma niente di che un po’ di frutta con due crêpes e late,il caffè te lo devi fare con le bustine di Nespresso schifose ,anche se nella cucina c’è la machina Nespresso ma non hanno le cialde ! Per fare la spesa devi andare 20 minuti di macchina al primo supermarket! Struttura Terribile !unici gentili solo le guardie!Il responsabile arrogante

Dear Maria, we acknowledge your review and would like to clarify the situation, as to your different comments. Check-in – please note that Cape Point Seafront Suites & Penthouses is a self-catering residence, we do have a concierge on-site who is however at the property until 5pm, not to be confused with hotels where there is 24/7 staff. As you arrived at 7pm, the key to your apartment was left in a sealed envelope at the security and the check-in formalities schedule for the following day. No restaurants around – the property is located at 7mins drive from Pereybere where you can find Winners Supermarket and different restaurants, furthermore a bit further, at 10mins drive you will arrive at Grand Bay whereby you can find others restaurants, supermarkets, bars…etc.; we do also propose an a la carte menu with cooked food ready to be delivered straight to your apartment. Mouse – we would like to sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and would like to stress out that pest control services are carried out regularly at our residence, however, we will urgently review same and address any problems. Breakfast – we are sorry to read that our breakfast basket composed of milk, tea, coffee, sugar, juice, bread, butter, fruits, yogurt, selection of pastries and either eggs or pancake, was not up to your standard, we also take good note of your comments in changing the coffee sachets to Nespresso capsules. We appreciate you bringing these suggestions to our attention as we are most concerned with the satisfaction of all of our guests and feedback such as you provided is of great value to us. This allows us to ensure and improve the quality of service we offer future guests and it is our sincere hope that you will be among them. Best Regards,

Exceptional property in a quite beautiful setting

Superb property that provided us with a magical base for our vacation. Staff were all courteous, very helpful & extremely friendly. This is a quiet retreat & not for you if you like all of the “bells & whistles” of being cosseted in one of the larger resorts. What this does offer is a beautiful & extremely well maintained property with views that are frankly very difficult to beat on the island. We were in the penthouse which is a stunner & has a huge outside private fully furnished space. The fact that you have the chance to self cater if you wish also means that you can wade 100metres around the edge of the lagoon, much more fun than walking in the road, buy your fish from the local fishermen & wade back home to cook it on your BBQ. Kayaks & bikes are provided, we used the kayaks every day it was wonderful. The fact that there are only 5 apartments makes it feel like a rather exclusive little club. If you book a stay here I doubt very much that you will be disappointed
