Lovely renovated nature stone house-marvellous view-well furnished

The lovely renovated nature stone house (corner house) is well furnished. It is situated in a characteristic village on the hills of Lucca. From every room you enjoy a marvellous view to the plane of Lucca and to the mountains of Pisa. Relax in the Tuscan atmosphere in an agreeable climate even during the hot summer days. The location is conveniently placed as regards transport facilities; it is an ideal starting point for excursions to Pisa (30 km), Florence (70 km), Lucca (12 km) or to the beach of Viareggio (35 km). The veranda is distant 80 meters from the house and located in the olive-grove beneath the house. Inside the cottage couch chairs and garden chairs as well as a table are located.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen is provided.

Tolles Haus, zentrale Lage in der Toskana
4 Schlafzimmer mit 8 Schlafplätzen und zwei WC's mit Dusche und Badewanne, eine gemütliche Wohnküche, Ort ist ideal um von dort aus die Toskana zu erkunden. Geeignet für sportliche Velofahrer oder Familien die Ausflüge in der Toskana unternehmen wollen. Kommunikation mit Inhaber sowie Schlüsselübergabe erfolgten problemlos. Sitzplatz im Olivenhain zum Sitzen geeignet, jedoch nicht für Sonnenanbeter geeignet. Grosser Supermarkt (Esselunga) gleich am Fusse des Hügels im nächsten Dorf, was doch vieles erleichtert.

Una estancia muy agradable! Matraia es un pueblecito muy pequeño y rural con unas vistas impresionantes! Se come muy bien en la osteria vecina, sobretodo los tortellini al ragú. La casa es muy antigua, esta reformada, todo en orden y bien provista de todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias! Quiza le falta tener wifi ya que los megas se acaban rapido y era imposible consultar informacion para las excursiones y la informacion que habia en la casa estaba solo en aleman!😓 Muy confortables las camas, colchones nuevos y almohadas impecables!! Ha sido una experiencia muy agradable en la casa de Matraia que recomendaria a otras personas!

Aufenthalt in Matraia FeWo Dubbione
Die Ferienwohnung ist reizvoll gelegen. An die Auffahrt zur FeWo muss man sich gewöhnen, aber auch dann ist sie sehr schön. Die FeWo selbst war schön, hatte jedoch für mich einige kleine Mängel. Die Heizung war nicht durchgängig zur Verfügung, das Gas war auch einmal abgestellt, obwohl es am Vortag zur Verfügung stand. Das Geschirr war vom Vorgänger nicht sauber hinterlassen und der Backofen ebenfalls nicht wodurch ein Geruch aus Knoblauch und Katzenurin (ich muss es leider so ausdrücken) im Raum war. Die Thermostatregler an den Heizungen waren locker und fielen zum Teil ab. Trotzdem war es sehr schön.
