Great for family vacations

The pool area and covered porch are the highlights of the property. The management communicates well and is quick to respond & fix any issues. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends and family.

Amazing house with awesome amenities !

Would absolutely rent this house again. Beautiful home with a lot of space and the kids loved the game room upstairs.

Great Family Vacation

Excellent Family Vacation
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was great! Enough space for all 11 of us with ample different areas for the kids to hang out along with arcade games. The pool and hot tub were used daily. Beach is a quick 7 min walk and never disappoints.
Ben was very responsive when we needed him for a minor issue.
Will definitely be back!

Outdoor shed well supplied with items needed for our 2 trips to the beach; beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pails, wagon(visited Cocoa Beach-10 minutes away, New Smyrna-60 minutes and beach 3 blocks from property)
Close trip to Kennedy Space Center, view 2 night launches (one from beach near property the other from Port Canaveral)
Many great restaurants…Squid Lips and Florida Seafood
Close to fishing and kayaking
House spacious… game room enjoyed
Would highly recommend
