The fully furnished modern beach house is yours to enjoy with family or a group of friends. This place is perfect for you if you are looking for sun, surf, sunrises, dolphins, and rocket launches.

Perfect weather
It was a great and easy stay. The house was huge and gave everyone their own space. The outdoor pool and patio were the ideal spot for outside time. Plenty of towels!!kitchen was stocked with the basics you would need. Overall a great trip. Thank you for having us.

A big beautiful house!
The house was huge, beautiful and fit 3 families comfortably. There was no dressers in the rooms so you have to live out of your suitcases but not that big of a deal. The game room was a huge hit for our kids! The beach was a short walk from the house and they had plenty of chairs and sand toys for a great day at the beach. An added bonus was we got to watch a rocket get shot up at night. That was really cool. We had a lot of problems with the hot tub and had to be in constant communication with the owner but he was very responsive and helped as he could. A big thing to note is, if you are going in the winter months, is that they will only heat the pool for 8 hours in a row each day and you can't heat the pool and hot tub at the same time. Our families love to morning and night swim so that was kind of a bummer. Overall a great place to stay.

Great property
This is a spacious property with lots of seating and different areas where folks can gather or be alone.With smart TVs you can log into your accounts (Netflix, Amazon, Spotify, etc.) and continue with your own watchlist/playlist.Kitchen has all the basic appliances and after enjoying the waffles I am tempted to buy my own waffle maker. Kitchen cabinets were all labelled with the content. That was a big help. Suggest doing the same for the multi gang light switches.Would have no problem recommending this house.

Great for family vacations
The property is as described. It’s a great location for a beach vacation and for a large family (14 of us). The pool area and covered porch are the highlights of the property. The management communicates well and is quick to respond & fix any issues. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends and family.

Amazing house with awesome amenities !
House was exactly as described. Check in/out was super easy and the host was very good with communicating with us if we needed something or had questions. Would absolutely rent this house again. Beautiful home with a lot of space and the kids loved the game room upstairs.

Excellent Family Vacation
The house was great! Enough space for all 11 of us with ample different areas for the kids to hang out along with arcade games. The pool and hot tub were used daily. Beach is a quick 7 min walk and never disappoints. Ben was very responsive when we needed him for a minor issue. Will definitely be back! Thanks Ben!

Excellent Stay!
As many others have said, this is an excellent place to stay. The pool / spa was wonderful. The walk to the beach was enjoyable. It is positioned a good area to access many different things across the cape. If you are a space fan, you can sit in the spa and watch rocket launches go across the horizon. We got to see two of the Space X launches light up the night sky!

Loved Our Stay!!
We had a wonderful stay at THE BEACH HOUSE! The house is clean and comfortable...it accommodated a family of eight with room to spare! We would recommend this house to anyone who wants to experience access to cruises...Disney World....Kennedy Space Center and a wonderful quiet beach! Everyone enjoyed our return to te Space Coast!

The house is incredibly nice! Our family from several states all met and enjoyed a week together. We had 14 sleep there comfortably. The kitchen, living room, and pool are the best features of this home. Kitchen is spacious and plenty of seats for everyone. The pool is so nice and we enjoyed it every day. We were two towels short for everyone having a towel, and there were only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 14 people. It did not bother us to by more paper and I did let the owner know. He said he would address it with housekeeping. With the additional guests fees (for linens and such), we would have expected enough beach towels and bath towels). We also loved how convenient this house is to so many places. We absolutely loved our vacation with family and this was a great house to stay in.

40th anniversary celebration
My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary by taking our children and grandchildren to Florida. This beach house was awesome. The size was terrific and fit our 8 adults and 6 children perfectly. The pool out back was definitely an added bonus as the kids never got bored and actually wanted to stay longer. The beach is just a short walk away which we enjoyed a couple of days. Disney and Universal are just a short drive and the kids and grandkids spent a day there and my husband and I went to the Kennedy space center, which was just a short drive. As a bonus we also got to see two rockets launch while we were there too. Would definitely recommend this house.

We could not be more pleased with our rental. We had all ages in our family and the pool was a big hit along with being only a short walk to the beach. Having a large and modern kitchen also was huge along with having several separate living areas to hang out.
