Perfect for multi-family trip!

The pool area was amazing and there was more than enough seating and lounge chairs with umbrellas. Everyone loved the game room. We put a lot of miles on the air hockey, pool table and the great arcade game. The home had all the essentials for the beach. The golf cart was so much fun and so nice to have to transport beach items for our daily trips to the beach. We had some great food at the local restaurants. We loved our time in Port Canaveral. Hope to stay here again.

Perfect!!
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was an awesome find for my family this summer! My parents are elderly with my father being paralyzed from the waist down. Not only was this apartment accessible to him in his wheelchair, but it housed all 22 of us comfortably! Any issues we had were immediately addressed by the home owner and taken care of! We walked to the beach everyday and enjoyed the pool tremendously! I would 100% stay here again!!!

Family vacation
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family really enjoyed our vacation. We had 22 people 11 of which were kids.
It is very short walk to the beach. For many of the kids it was the first time seeing the Atlantic Ocean.
We had everything we needed for the beach and pool.
Some of the kids were able to get up on the provided surf boards.
The golf cart was a big hit. Peacock beach was amazing. We saw over 40 Peacocks roaming the neighborhood.
We saw 3 rocket launches - bucket list kind of thing even though it was lost on the little ones.
Dolphins feeding right below us by Banana River.
The 3 separate units were nice. We were all together yet had alone time as well.
This is a very special place. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful Beach Stay!

Loved the pool and outside gathering area, especially the artificial turf...There were so many beach items, we didn't even use the beach items we packed. Golf cart was great for shuttling family to and from the beach! Thank you for sharing your property with us

Perfect large gathering house
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had our family reunion of 23 people ranging from ages 3-86. This house met the needs of everyone.
We LOVED the golf cart so much! Made it so easy to get the beach stuff to beach and have shuttles for everyone. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all enjoyed as well! She had great beach gear also! No junk chairs. All Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas and great boogie boards, etc.
Kitchens are well stocked and she gives you snacks, breakfast items and coffee, juice and milk as a welcome. You may need to go between apartments looking for certain items but that wasn’t a big deal.
We loved everything about this place.
Peacocks roam freely in the neighborhood and it sounds quite exotic!
Five minute walk to the beach.
Rhonda was amazing to work with and very responsive. We had an air conditioner go out on our first day in the game room and she had it replaced with a new unit within an hour!
If there is something not right, I guarantee you she will do all she can to make it right.
I would 100% rent this house again.

Great for large family getaway!
Publié le 6 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayHaving the golf cart, beach umbrellas and chairs was the best! It wasn't too far to walk, but with the kids it was easier to keep track of them. There were also surfboards, boogie boards, and plenty of pool toys. We were able to see 2 Starlink night launches (which were amazing) and the NASA launch to the ISS. A trip the kids will never forget!

Our best rental experience ever !

Open the front door with the code provided and was pleased to see a large game room with a commercial Air Hockey table, pool table , and an Old fashion Arcade for two players ! Once we walked through the game room it opened up to a beautiful outside tiki bar, gazebo and a refreshing pool! They have everything you need for beach , and for your stay !! The apartments are all connected and gives you your personal space yet having an outside dinner table and fire pits for social hangout with the family and friends . They provide us with a welcoming basket of snacks and we had all apartments stocked with Oj and milk ! It so big and comfortable ! Also the sauna was such a nice touch for us !! We had a six person new gulf cart to go to the beach with and not have to walk to get coffee at Starbucks drove right up ! My family and I will definitely be back to this Gem!
