False advertisement

The facilities available as posted online is nothing compared to reality on the ground. I booked and paid for a standard room with AC, bathtub, LED Tv, a good size room etc. but the tiny room I was given had none of the above, not even an AC. So I asked if this was their standard room and the answer was no. The explanation was that the price on hotels.com is too low so they can’t offer me the standard room even though that’s what is posted online. So basically this is a bait to fill the most basic room at the facility. Don’t expect to be given what you book on here - Faldo advertisement

Hello Stephen, I would have understood if you paid $55 a night for a room you paid a meager $29 which was a standard room fan not air conditioning. We don't advertise falsely and I believe the receptionist made it clear to you . I don't understand why you will resort to going online to spew unnecessary falsehood, even though matter was discussed on site .We treat all our customers with respect. Next time if you have any concerns you can relay directly to management and they will do their utmost best to accommodate you, but going behind technology and spreading falsehood is unwarranted, you get what you pay for $29 Dollars doesn't even get a meal yet a room . Wish you a pleasant Christmas

I was charged twice the hotel rates by Expedia. There was no breakfast. The bar did not operate. The front desk never picked up calls. The TV had no functioning channels.

Hi, Mr. Baafour Thank you very much for your review, We gave you the exact room you requested, which you decided to move to a bigger room. We explianed to you the other room is higher than what you reserved. And you agreed to pay the difference. Breakfast is not included in the room rates which is very clear on Expedia, you requested for four breakfast which you were served. The bar is not working, because of COVID19 but we do have drinks and aqua avialable at the reception which I brought water to you in the room. Also, we have clearly printed the reception numbers next to the phones in the rooms, your call did not reached the reception, the Tv in your room was working perfectly which has more than two channels. I personally went to check after you left the hotel,which we had a guest there that evening. We are really sorry you did not enjoy your stay, we will give you the best of service next time you book our hotel. Hope to see you again soon.

worse hotel experience ever.

It was very bad, Room rate was too high compared to what I was offered, I wouldn’t pay 10$ for such a place

Average hotrl

Average in all ramifications. The hotel is under staffed. Same Idrisu working 24hrs in reception, room service and security.
