Good morning Mr. Briton Bochenski, Honestly It's good to know you are ok. But is sad that you have to lie about what happened and what you did at our guest house. 1 We leave in Cape Coral. This is were Hurricane IAN hit hard. Thankfully since our Home and guest house are very new they sustained little damage. Unfortunately a lot of electric poles were knocked down in our area affecting the internet. (We have no control over this) Comcast told us they were working on fixing it. When you asked me what we could do about this. I told you that since I also work out of my computer and till comcast fix this issue with the internet I was using my Hotspot from my cell and maybe you could do the same till Comcast finish fixing the internet issue in our area not just our home. (At no point I was mean to you) I added if you wanted to cancel because of not been able to have internet that you could cancel if you wanted (Not in a rude way) Then you said it was ok that you like the place very much and that you will stay because your company was going to get you the tool so you could use internet. 2 Since a few days went by and I did not see your car nor you. I have sent you a text message early that same morning reminding you to please check out before 1130 am because we had another guest checking in that same day. You never replied back nor went back home to check out. When we went inside the guest house we found the pillows and the bed cover hiding in the closet covered in human excrement. We also found your pants full of human excrement left inside the shower. Sir we are all humans and as such we may have accidents. But you could have clean your mess and we would have not seen it. But you decided to just leave & leave the guest house empty and in those very bad conditions for us to clean after you. This was very rude of you. I even had to call Vrbo to tell them what you've done and check you out since you were no where to be found. And today Monday 12/19/22 I see you are leaving negative comments and lying about what you did at the guest house. Sir I would just tell you this. Treat people the same way you would like others to treat you. And there is no need to lie. Thankfully all of our other guest have nothing bad to say about their stay just good things & comments.
