Cape Coral home
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayCheck in was easy. Communication with property manager was great. We had a couple of issues and she took care of them quickly. House was a bit older but clean. Glass doors need new rollers as they were hard to open. Home was supposed to have Xfinity for tvs but it wasn’t working. No tvs in bedrooms. Location was good. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Amazing place for a couples beautiful pool did not use bbq only issues i had was those pillows need to be better thanks....

Pool was the best part

When we checked in we noticed a lot of issues with the home as in with it not being cleaned well! There was stains and hair on the sheets and hair in the floors. Food in the refrigerator and open bars of soap people had used in the shower left in the showers! The grill needed to be cleaned really badly it caught fire and started smoking to where we had to open the doors to the outside area and not be out there because it was so bad! The neighbors had people working on there home so it was kinda loud in the mornings but not to bad. I just know family’s like me paying this much for a stay and it not being cleaned is kinda a shame!!!! I had to wash and dry all the sheets and blankets and reclean the floors and bathrooms.

The house is as described...very welcoming.
The swimming pool needs a bit of upgrade but we've enjoyed it.
I will be returning to this location in the future for sure

Home away from home

Spring Break
Publié le 4 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall great property and good neighborhood. Plenty of space. Minimal home decor to be concerned about with young kids. Some issues with the cable TV's, property manager had it serviced but issue continued. Not too big of an issue for us since streaming services still worked but one elderly family member would have liked to have network/cable working. Private pool was biggest reason for picking this rental. Even though it was hitting 75-80 degrees during the day, morning temps where around 50-60. The pool was a bit cold since it was not heated or covered. Still used it quite a bit. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend!
