Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the house and location. Kids are not ocean "beachy" kids so having water access to watch all the boats go by was perfect. Plenty of room in the house to move around and pool was AWESOME!

Beautiful humongous pool.
Property manager was easy to contact and very helpful. Very nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Publié le 23 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur reason for choosing this property were because of the large pool and being river front. Both were perfect.
Our hesitation at first was we wished at least one bedroom would have had bunks. Three queens were not our preference traveling with kids but worked out ok.
We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of restaurants open..good fishing..perfect grill.
Neigberhood looks realy good after ian..they remaking beaches in a lot of places.(sanibel had it the worst).

Publié le 31 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for 5 weeks from Feb.13 to March 20 had beautiful sunshine everyday but one, wonderful big pool, nice big screened in patio and pool area, nice lounge chairs. Plenty of nice restraurants near by. Very relaxing vacation!!

Family time!
Publié le 20 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayOverall, we were happy with our stay and the house. We were there during an extremely hot week, so the air struggled to keep up. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, so keep that in mind. Pool needs some TLC, but it didn't stop our 8 years old from enjoying every moment in the water.
Richard was awesome and we enjoyed chatting with him.
My golden rule with VRBO - leave it better than you found it. We did.
