Publié le 14 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayNous avons vraiment apprécié nos 3 semaines a cette villa. Très bien située, cartier très tranquille avec de belles propriétés et possibilité de faire de belles promenade en vélos. Nous avons l'intention d'y retourner l'an prochain.

Tolles Haus!

Die Lage ist gut. Alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar.

Not what I expected?

Barbecue grille covered in rust. (I have pictures of all).
Lounge chairs on pool deck broken and unsafe. Toilet in 2nd. Bathroom rocks. No cable TV. I have been staying in Cape Coral for 8 years and have had great experiences with the houses I have stayed in until now??

I'm very sorry to read your review. Unfortunately, the chaise loungers were destroyed by the guests who were in the house before you. I've now got new ones. You could have told the property management immediately, then I would have bought new chaise loungers straight away and not just now after your departure. The weeds on the pool deck are regularly removed by the lawn service. They have grown so quickly because it has been raining constantly. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom and the barbecue are completely in order. Our property management checks all the rooms before guests arrive and after they leave to see if anything needs to be repaired or replaced. Your assessment is unfortunately an unpleasant insinuation. I am very sorry about that.

Top Notch Family Vacation

It was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The property manager was responsive and had a repairman on site in less than 2 hours when one was needed.
We recommend this house and will return.

Nice house but the air conditioner could be improved and the extra electric charge
Publié le 14 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed most of the amenities of this home. The pool is wonderful and the location is very convenient. The home is kept very clean and was well stocked with all kinds of amenities in the kitchen. A couple issues I would point out with this location are the air conditioning, which did not keep the home at a comfortable temperature. The instructions stated that the temperature could not be turned below 75° but the temperature for the most part was over 80° in the house and this made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The other issue I would point out is the extra electric bill you’ll get at the end of your stay. Seems to me that the electricity should be part of the owners responsibilities as the pool and air-conditioning run nonstop whether someone is in the house or not. Overall, this is a very nice house, but I didn’t enjoy the surprise of the bill for electricity at the end of my stay.
