Publié le 13 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in Cape Coral to visit my husbands parents and the house was perfect. We spent most evenings on the lanai playing cards. The pool was very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property

Villa is in a good location not far from some great restaurants and grocery shops and short drive to Fort Myers.
The villa was well equipped for a small party like us but would struggle to provide sufficient cups and bowls for a larger party.
Bed was very comfortable
Plenty towels soaps and pool towels provided
Lovely and safe neighbourhood

Cape Coral Oct stay

Cleaning company could do a little better job and property is for sale so some of the furniture in the booking photos was not there but overall a wonderful vacation!

Short trip with family, great owners
Publié le 5 août 2023 sur HomeAwayStayed w/3 adult kids & spouse, for real estate in the area. Pool, layout, kitchen, amenities, cleanliness, owner communication all great. We would stay again if coming to area. Some of patio furniture doesnt match pictures, make sure check window as locked, rest of stay great.
