Each apartment has its own, private terrace and its own sun area, which gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area, with heated whirlpool and integrated sunbeds, is screened to keep out annoying insects and animals. A large barbecue invites to barbeque evenings ...

By bike you are in a few minutes on Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the sun of Florida, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and small meals are available at the nearby pier, which also invites to take a stroll.

Perfect location
My son and I visited a Cape Coral to check out the beaches in the area and pick up a MN Twins Spring Trainjng game. I chose this quaint little apartment and pool and hot tub because it was in a great location and it's affordable price located in a quiet neighborhood. Judi, our Property Manager, W Was very helpful and polite and friendly during the whole course of our stay. This was a top notch building and top notch management all the way through. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and how quiet the neighborhood was. I recommend this for anyone visiting the Cape Coral area.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool/hot tub area exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The location was perfect - within walking distance of a small beach, grocery store, gym and everything else we might need. Perfect spot in Cape Coral
This property was just a few blocks away from my cousins in town. Nice little pool and hot tub, which I really did not get to enjoy much, but it was a good little getaway spot for me in between my other road trip activity around the region.

The condo was so cute and so clean! Great communication with the property manager. Pool is perfect temp day round and night. Quick Uber ride or nice walk to lots of areas. I will be back. The perfect humble abode!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, easy to find and had everything we needed! Kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, glasses and coffee pot. Toaster, oven, stove and functional fridge/freezer, some pots and pans. We were able to a store food for the week no problem. Pool was clean, refreshing after a long day at the ball park. Location is within 20 min of most attractions. Judi was accessible, kind and helpful! Perfect place to stay if you’d like a quiet tucked away spot to recharge!

These accommodations were exactly as advertised. It was perfect for the two of us. We were very busy meeting up with friends in the area, exploring nature areas and beaches, and visiting restaurants and breweries, so this location made it easy to get around. We were able to walk to several establishments but also access the bridge to Ft. Meyers. Our unit was perfect for the two of us and well equipped and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.
