Thanksgiving Retreat
Publié le 3 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayAmazing backyard oasis with super attentive host. House was very clean and fully stocked with supplies. We found all the signage helpful and had a wonderful stay. The kids loved the heated pool and adults took full advantage of the spa and grill.

Return trip to Tropical Palms
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our third trip to Tropical Palms Villa in Cape Coral. We love this villa so much it feels like a second home to us. James is very accomodating and responds immediately to any questions/inquiries. The home is exactly as represented in the pictures and James provides complete and detailed instructions on what to expect when you arrive and how to navigate everything throughout your stay. We had an wonderful relaxed week in September and hope to return soon!

Beautiful family retreat home
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was well equipped for a family vacation. Communication was perfect. Very clean. Plenty of towels, dishes and supplies. The beach toys and cooler really came in handy! The pool and outdoor area were beautiful! The hot tub was amazing.The rooms were very nice and the game room was a definitely a plus for the teenagers! My only complaint is the main master bedroom mattress. It pretty much sunk in the middle and we felt as if we were sleeping smashed together in a hole. I had a few nights where I almost slept on the couch. I would definitely go back if the mattress was replaced.

Thank you so much for your kind review Sandy! I’m happy to hear you found the house well-equipped for your family vacation. Regarding the master bedroom mattress, upon further inspection, we have discovered that the slats that were supposed to be supporting the boxspring were actually bent out of shape and not doing their job, which explains why the mattress was dipping in the middle. So, we have fixed that problem and just replaced the mattress with a new Serta pillow top mattress. I just slept on it myself for a week – it’s awesome. :) Thanks again for your visit – hope to have you back again sometime!

Tropical Palms is a Week in Paradise!

The dock was great for fishing and with the game room, dvds, and board games it made it easy for meals to be prepared without anyone being bored. James has thought of everything to make your stay incredible. Gator Mikes was great for mini golf and Kumo Japanese Steakhouse
was delicious for a fun night out!

Accessible 5 bedroom offers great value

James has organized details of home and area information to make your stay pleasant and worry free. Garage parking, 7 beds, lovely pool with entrance ramp, spacious fishing dock with ramp for easy walking and accessibility. Our group caught tilapia, sheepshead, gar, carp. Snapping turtles in water were fun to see. Home has everything you need to get started and I enjoyed having an abundance of silverware, wash cloths & towels. Safe area, beautiful property and close to shopping and restaurants. Saw burrowing owls often in the neighborhood. We’d gladly stay here again!

Great time at tropical palms villa
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time even though it rained alot everything was great inside and out the pool was best one ever and my son in wheelchair could go anywhere he wanted James done great job designing this property when we return to cape coral as we do almost every year my wife and all the family said don't look at any other property schedule this property great job James thank you so very much wonderful experience been nice corresponding with you excellent rating by my whole family

Amazing stay!

The lanai/pool area is a beautiful oasis! It was SO nice to be together as a family and stay in a home that served everyone. Thank you to James for allowing us to stay!
