Amazing Backyard
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe highly reccomend staying here. The pool along with the entire backyard are amazing. Love the outdoor amenities. The rooms are comfortable. There is alot to do in the area aswell.

Perfect Vacation

Golf vacation

It is spacious and beautifully appointed. The kitchen and baths are well stocked,
What can I say about the yard and pool. The pool is exceptional. We really enjoyed swimming, the hot tub,
Fire pit and outdoor eating.
This is a truly beautiful property I would recommend to anyone.

Thank you for choosing Villa Sunshine through RentCapeCoral and we are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. The majority of Cape Coral properties charge for electricity usage by charging a large upfront deposit and then refunding any unused electricity allowance (this includes ALL electric, not just hot tub heater). We charge a flat $25/night to heat the hot tub as described in the listing.
