Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The property was exactly as advertised and was one of the best well equipped properties we have ever stayed at. The pool was not warm when we got there but it heated up quickly overnight. Located in close proximity to all of the essentials, and their guide book was excellent. Beautiful sunset views.

Property was just as advertised. Clean, well equipped, well kept. Had one issue with a noisy refrigerator fan on a Sunday; one call and our host was on site to check it out, issue was repaired Monday morning. Would happily rent again.

We really didn’t have much time due to hurricane! But for the 1 night we stayed was scary due to weather but felt very safe in the house, owner very caring about your well being and gave us refund for the rest of our time booked! We thank her very much I would definitely recommend this property to stay and relax and enjoy the pool and surrounding. Looking forward to renting in the spring !

Very nice house located in a nice neighborhood on the water. Conveniently located close to shopping and eating places. Used the outdoor grill and table in the pool area for most of our cooking and dining and spent most evenings using the pool and hot tub. Bikes, kayaks, beach towels were all a plus. Would stay here again.

Cape Coral Paradise
We spent two weeks in this villa and enjoyed every day! Its location afforded us easy access to major highways as well as to local businesses, esp. restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. An added plus was seeing the burrowing owls a short walk down the street. Finally the heated pool, hot tub, and Tiki hut by the canal were added bonuses.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this place. It was perfect! Open floor plan, linens were 5 star, beds were comfortable, and the views were fabulous. We were even welcomed by the neighbor. I would definitely recommend. Rental company was easy to work with as well. We had no issues!

This home is absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do this house justice. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the convenience of being located minutes from food and shopping. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house with great view! We spent most of our time outside at the pool or on the dock. The house was very clean and even better than the pictures show it to be. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved it and would definitely love to go back one day!

Need to pay more attention on cleaning.
Trash can outside had 100s and 100s of maggots. It was really bad. Cleaning people should be monitored. Bedsheets were filled with long hairs. It only means that it wasn’t cleaned. Home is great . Everything else was 5 stars.

Have stayed at this property twice now. It is great, that is why we go back. Love the set up of the house, and that it is on the canal. We spent a lot of time on the dock. Cannot beat the view. Close to everything. Well stocked with whatever you need. Will stay again.

The house was nicely appointed and comfortable and the pool was heated - all around good stay. Manager Sue and maintenance man were very responsive and we were very impressed with their service. Half hour from fort myers beach. New lanai and new kitchen / appliances. Would recommend.
