Beautiful Villa
Publié le 1 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again. We noticed that the owners where probably in the middle of changing out some windows. We assume they will be changing the slider from the dining area to the pool. We couldn't lock it. Was fine with it though. The area was very quiet and seemed safe. Even though it was just my husband and myself, I think with the three king size beds, it would accommodate a family or three couples comfortably. The pool temperature was perfect and the lighting at night was cozy. Great getaway.

Lovely Home
Publié le 1 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe just stayed at Villa Messina and really had a lovely time. The home was very clean and comfortable. A few maintenance items need to be done (nothing major), and we had to refill the basics (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, trash bags). But the location is beautiful, safe, and close to all of our favorite spots to hit in CC and FM. We would definitely stay there again!

We leave a hotel style starter kit with shower necessities in each bathroom along with 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. One kitchen paper roll in the kitchen, one small Palmolive for the dishes along with some dishwasher pods plus some pods for the washer. After that it is a self-catering vacation home.

Family Spring Break Vacation
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property itself was perfect for our family of four. Each of our kids got their own room with a King Bed and TV. The biggest hit was the pool area and this area was used the most by us. The neighborhood was very quiet which was peaceful. There were bicycles available for use along with some extra pool toys. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking. We left behind a pizza cutter as this was the only thing that wasn’t there. Beds were very comfortable.
The check in process was not what I was used to with other VRBO. Communication with the property managers was not what I would expect for what we paid to rent this property. I had to call a number listed on VRBO and a woman answered as I was concerned about check in and if we had questions once we were there. She was very responsive as the code for the house wouldn’t work and this was resolved quickly. We never heard from anyone again. Overall this is a great property for a family to stay for vacation.

We're very happy to hear that you liked the house. We send out multiple emails both prior to your stay, during and after. We also have multiple information leaflets sin the house with direct phone numbers to the office. We're always here if needed but won't knock on the door. Which has been much appreciated.

Publié le 22 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe house is beautiful and clean, and the pool was amazing! Plenty of dishes in the kitchen and spacious enough for our family of 5. My only negative thought is we had to run out mid week for more toilet paper! We were only given two rolls for the entire stay. If you stay here, bring toilet paper!

We very clearly advertise that this is a self-catering home, not a hotel. We offer one roll per bathroom and one in the kitchen. In addition every bathroom has a starter kit with all necessary hygiene products. In the kitchen we also provide a starter kit with detergent both for the dishwasher and washing machine. It has been very much appreciated in the past.

The house was open and clean!
Publié le 5 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayI loved the house. It was very open and clean! Everything was accessible! The beds were comfy which is huge! There definitely needs to be blinds for privacy and the AC never cooled the home down! It would be miserably hot!

We apologize for the missing plantation blind in the shower, however the window is frosted so it is not really there for privacy more for looks. We don't recommend that you cool the house lower than 74 degrees when it is close to a 100 outside.

Calm and relaxing stay

Publié le 30 mai 2021 sur HomeAwayThe house is beautiful, second time staying there but this time We were a little disappointed the house wasn’t cleaned very well. I had to contact the manger Erin and she sent someone to clean the house the next day. The lady that came to clean the next morning she also washed the bed covers bc they had stains, so yeah not happy with the cleaning this time, and specially with COVID you would think they should be a little more careful of how they have to clean. They sure do charge a lot for the cleaning fee. And also the pool was dirty. I was told they clean the pool weekly and that was a lie. We stayed for 10 day and no one ever came to clean the pool.

Thank you for the review Matilda. Again we're truly sorry about the cleaning hiccup. When issues like this occur, we do our very best to fix them in a timely manner so that it doesn't affect your stay. We do have special procedures in place, as we have 30 properties professionally maintained, especially now during Covid-19. We take great pride in complying with all recommendations and regulations such as extra time in between guests and sanitation. Unfortunately sometimes the human factor affects those procedures. The pool company does in fact come EVERY Monday. So the lie here, is that they never came for 10 days.

Wonderful Getaway
