A very pleasant place to stay with nice facilities I think maybe the front of house staff could do with a bit of training with regards to ensuring charging is correct

Very late checked-in as room was not ready on time.
We stayed for 6 nights with no room service, beds weren't made with no clean sheets and no clean towels until a complaint lodged at the office the night we checked out.
Would be nice if a microwave and a TV is available for the quests.

We do apologize often guests do not vacant on time and puts the staff cleaning behind, especially when we are fully booked. However we gave fresh towels to your son the day after you arrived and the house keeping did come to service your room and your son told them not to worry that you just need toilet paper and fresh towels again which we did provide. We do not want to force people to be serviced when we ask and sometimes not able to return at a later time. Please note we do not have daily servicing as noted online and in your rooms, we did also come in and service your room on the afternoon before you left. We do have a Media room with a large TV for the guests which your son enjoyed while playing pool. Your review is not totally accurate.

We will definitely be going back to Le Vasa. Its a pity we only stayed the one night.
Staff, service, food and the atmosphere was great!

Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, knew our names, we had great fun, lots of laughs with the beautiful Samoans!!

Everything was great except people smoking in the pool area, my friend and I were really put off by this.

Thank you for a good review and happy you thought everything was great, unfortunately cannot police other guests who are disrespectful when it comes to their habits, no fault of the resort or staff as we already tell them where to smoke.
