Engaged in Cape May
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were engaged in Cape May and Tricia’s place was the perfect place to relax after our engagement. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the downstairs area and kitchen were comfortable and cozy. We look forward to returning next fall.

Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location and not too far from town or the beach. Outdoor area was a great area to come back after a long day at the beach or shopping and hang out/relax. However, we were disappointed with the air conditioning situation. While the listing stated air conditioning and the AC was working for the living area/kitchen, there was no airflow up in the bedrooms leaving the upstairs hot. There were fans in the windows of the bedrooms but the air conditioners were inside the closets on the floor not set up/not working. This also did not leave much space to put bags/luggage then. But overall, we had a wonderful time!

Tay, we are so sorry for what you experienced with the AC. I wish you had let us know so we could have put a service call asap. We were told by the guests after you and have now replaced the condenser (only 2 years old) as it may have been faulty.

Great house

It had its pluses and minuses
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I and our adult children and parters spent four days here. First, the host is extremely responsive which is great. We loved the pool and hot tub and the neighborhood was quiet. While it was nice that things like toilet paper, soap etc was provided I have to say that I was disappointed in the house for the price I paid..literally everything needs updating..the blurry online pictures don’t really portray that. Beds were old and uncomfortable. It was just not what I was expecting and I chose to be further away from everything because I thought the house was going to be amazing for what I paid. Overall we still had a good time, but others should know this is far from a luxury experience.

Hi Jeanette, I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied with our home but happy you had an overall great experience.
Our pictures online are exactly as we have the home and we are constantly updating the outdoor space which is why most groups book our home.
In regards to the beds, they are all less than 2 years old and we have many guests who ask us for details of them so they can purchase themself. Beds are a tough one to make everyone happy as everyone has their own preference so we ordered a different types for different preferences.
We understand you expected a luxury home, and we definitely do not claim to be luxury but rather a beautiful open spaces home with all amenities and necessities for families to gather and enjoy Cape May and surrounding areas, tucked away peacefully in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing large 8 foot in ground Salt Water pool and a brand new Master Spa 8 person hot tub with beautiful nature gardens and trees.

Weekend getaway
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family needed a nice time just away from home and this was a perfect spot! We were just a quick bike ride or car ride away from the beach. The backyard was beautiful and the hot tub definitely added to the relaxation we needed. The house was very clean and Tricia was kind and responsive anytime I reached out to her. We would definitely stay here again
