Facilities and staff were wonderful, everything was clean. Food at Rusty Nail was okay. Really unhappy that we were charged for Beach umbrellas/lounges - according to website only the cabanas have a surcharge. Lots of expectations to tip staff over and above the high "resort fee" - more of a motel than a resort.

The place is clean and the renovations are very nice. The parking needs some improvement. I get the idea of valet but hard to find a worker. Also… very disappointed as i reserved a patio room. When i got there i had been moved to second floor. They told me there was a maintenance issue… however there was someone in all the rooms. My daughter and i were looking forward to game night on the patio. I’ve never had this happen in all my years of staying here and Congress hall so a call ahead would have been appreciated if you over booked those rooms

Great place close to everything
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsService was amazing. They text you the day of your reservation and offer free beach tags and beach service (chairs, umbrella setup, etc) before check -in. Our room was also ready a little before check -in. Room was clean and spacious. Doors were a bit sticky but I think this is common in beach homes/hotels. Pool was clean. Grounds were beautifully kept. I would easily stay again.
