Location is everything!

Why not work and home school from the Shore?

Imagine parking your car for vacation and never again having to use it. Walk, less than 100 yards to the soft sand of Sea Isle City's family beaches. No need to cross any streets. This well stocked, wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 full bath property awaits you and your family. Bikes, beach chairs, beach badges, outdoor shower, and grill are just some of the amenities of this beautifully-decorated home. Enjoy sitting on the deck in the early morning or sipping a happy hour cocktail during the evening while listening to the waves and smelling the salt air of the Atlantic Ocean on your own deck. All of this and just a short walk to downtown nightlife and restaurants.

Families and mature adult groups are welcome. Pet friendly for small dogs for an additional fee. Walk into the first floor where you will find two bedrooms each with a pair of twin beds, 32" TVs, and one shared full bath. Also on this floor, you will find an updated front loading washer and dryer in the convenient hallway laundry area.

The second floor is where you will find one bedroom with a queen-size bed, 32" TV, and its own private deck to view the sunset. A full bath is also on this floor.

The main living area contains a kitchen that is equipped with updated Stainless Steel appliances and a table that comfortably seats 10. The family room consist of plenty of comfortable seating with three full-size sofas (one being a queen-size pullout sleeper), a 50" TV with upgraded Comcast, Amazon Prime and Netflix, as well as a DVR for your entertainment. This open, bright, and airy living space also has games and puzzles for family bonding time. From there, venture out to a private deck with a view of the ocean.

The third floor consists of a large master suite with a queen-sized bed, a 40" TV, your own full bath, and a deck to enjoy quiet time.

Extras that will make your stay welcoming and easy to travel to include beach chairs, bikes, beach badges, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and high-speed wireless internet.

We have always loved our vacations at the Jersey Shore and especially in Sea Isle City. The town is family-friendly with almost daily events during the summer and on the weekends during the off-season. Many memories have been made here with our family and we'd love to share our home with you. The off-season is a great time to get away with your family or group of adult friends to relax on the beach, enjoy the city's nightlife and full offering of fantastic restaurants.

We take pride in offering a well-equipped, clean, comfortable home for your stay away from home and hope you too can make lifetime memories in Sea Isle City!

Mother’s Day Weekend Getaway
We loved the location and layout of the property. We were a few steps away from the beach, and could see the sunrise over the ocean from the deck. It was a short ride to Cape May and Stone Harbor Shops. House was well stocked with beach chairs and bikes. Living area and bedrooms were comfortable. We were grateful to find a well kept rental to take our dogs with us! Thank You!

The perfect peaceful getaway
I was due in Philly for a wedding and decided to beach it the week leading up. Kevin's place was the perfect spot to do so. My daily routine consisted of walks on the beach, work, pickleball, the awesome new dog park down the road in Strathmere, work, an evening walk on the beach. Being just four houses from the sand was ideal. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely Spring Staycation
We had friends and family enjoy 4 nights at this beautiful property. It had everything we could want. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, 4 houses from the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed! TV’s worked easily. We enjoyed the game selection with 5 Second Rule being our new family favorite! Kevin, our host was responsive to the few questions we had! So easy to communicate with. St Patrick’s Day Weekend
My sisters and I spent a long weekend here. The house was very clean and well appointed. The house has an ocean view from the living room deck and is a just short walk to the beach which was great- since the weather was unseasonably warm we were able to hang on the beach very comfortably each day. The house was very comfortable and was perfect for a very relaxed weekend away and Kevin is a very attentive and accommodating host.
