Bon buffet au breakfast et restaurant agréable. Grande piscine et possibilité de massages. Petite boutique. Près de la plage. Parfait ressort.

What you see is not what you get
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsI recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The Wi-Fi was down the entire night, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the linens had black spots on them, which was quite off-putting. The room also had an unpleasant smell, as if it hadn't been used in a long time. It felt like I was the first person to stay there after a long period of disuse. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this hotel.

The lady at the reception was very nice and hospitable. We didn’t receive a VIP Access benefit, at least not what we thought we would have received from our experience at other resorts and hotels. We did receive a bottle of wine, wasn’t sure if that came standard with every room, but when I asked about room upgrade, pretty much every room was standard, and the same as the others. The food was really good at the restaurant.

Dear Yvone, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience . We did not pick up this booking on our reservation system due largely to the fibre in the area being down . We understand that the room that you were paced in was not as comfortable as was expected but that in the end you were offered another room which was acceptable . I am going to contact you off line if that is okay.
