Hidden Gem

I wish we could have stayed longer! Amazing property, unparalleled views, personal service, unbeatable value for money. Highly recommended.

False information at booking
Publié le 25 janv. 2020 sur HotelsThe confirmation email of the reservation clearly indicated “free breakfast”. In fact, it was part of the reason I chose them. Yet upon arrival the facility did not agree and even after showing the reservation email, they refused to include breakfast. Otherwise a beautiful place, but disappointing experience.

Although we offered you our full breakfast, you unfortunately left before breakfast time.
We however upgrade you to one of our Standard rooms from Traveler Budget room.
Thank you for staying with us.

Lovely Stay, Helpful Staff
