They had booked a wedding on the day we booked .
There was NO notification of this when we booked .
We booked this place in the country side for Peace & Quiet.
Facilities were limited due to the wedding.
Our room was under the wedding reception .
Very POOR Disclosure of What is Actually happening !!

Dear Wally,Thank you for the feedback and we apologies for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Our website clearly shows that we are a wedding venue and this is mostly happening on the weekends. We also do notify our guests of the wedding events and leave a note in the guest rooms of the times the event will be taking place. We have 2 swimming pools and ample garden space for both our in house lodge guests and wedding event guests as well. By 10pm music levels are turned down and at 11pm the event is over. Our team is also at reception throughout the day and night to speak to should you have any questions, complaints or are unsure about anything. We really would have preferred you come and speak to us during the day or upon departure. We do understand if you unsatisfied and for this offer our sincere apologies. Kind regards

We stayed for 2 nights at cultivar. The staff are really friendly and it feels very much like a family business.
We didn’t use the pool or grounds as it was cold unfortunately, but they are well kept and the pool looks lovely.

Amazing stay . Staff needs a bit of training but all round very nice stay
Water pressure very very low in shower
