personnel très gentil et serviable / comme il s'agit d'un hôtel "historique", l'insonorisation et isolation ne sont plus au top (jeu au niveau de la porte d'entrée de la chambre).
piscine très/trop petite

As for your comment regarding the pool - due to space confinement, we would unfortunately not be able to do much there. Thank you however for bringing this to our attention.

I have been staying here for years. Right in the missdoe in beautiful stellenbosch. Comfortable rooms and pleasant service . I will be back!

Dear Stephen,We were very dissapointed to hear about this, we have some very stringent systems in place to avoid these types of situation and can honestly not apolagise enough that this was missed somehow, We will be doing a a full investigation to find out how this happensed and rest assured it will be fixed, We strive for excellence and can see we dropped the ball with your stay, once again our sincerest apolagies for this incedent, We really hope to see you again soon
