Hôtel très bien situé décoration moderne mais la chambre première catégorie est toute petite avec un lit petit pour 2 nous avons dû payer un supplément pour être dans la catégorie au dessus très belle chambre mais
Problème d’insonorisation des parties communes pas dormi la première nuit car des arrivées de 3h à 5h du matin et les bruits de serrures ainsi que les portes en bois qui font énormément de bruit en se refermant et le couloir étant carrelé cela résonne beaucoup

This property is very secure in a nice part of town. There is an amazingly good coffee shop just opposite it - Plato - which had the best coffee in South Africa in my experience of ~30 places.
The facilities are very good.
The breakfast is just average, doesn't start until 0730, and has fairly average quality muesli etc, nothing warm.
The coffee is a small automatic espresso machine - doesn't really compare with the magnificence of Plato which is opposite.
I asked for my room to be serviced, and they just ignored the request which was via a sign on my door.
It would be nice if there was more bottled water.
The bed and bathroom were excellent.
During load shedding there is no A/C, but power remains.
My Internet was patchy during load shedding.
People outside the hotel hassle you a bit for money.

Publié le 15 févr. 2024 sur HotelsHotel Krige is by far one of the most convenient and comfortable places that we have stayed in when visiting Stellenbosch. So much so that we've decided this would be the place we stay at in the future. Friendly staff, convenient parking, clean surroundings and easy check-in thanks to the Hotels.com app. I can highly recommend this hotel. I would however like to recommend that the breakfast service be upgraded to possibly include a hot breakfast (English breakfast).

Nice hotel with central location. Only fault was the terrible wifi!

Won’t be back
Publié le 7 févr. 2024 sur HotelsIf you are booking a standard room - be careful. Bed is only big enough for one. Need to leave the key at reception or they won’t clean your room. Breakfast was terrible. No coffee or tea due to load shedding.
