UNPLEASANT STAY

- Shower tab not good (water comes out as a drip of rain, with difficulties in balancing hot water and cold water.
- Bath had no water stopper
- There were splinters remains of used soap in the shower.
- I was disgusted with the dirtiness of the Microwave inside as I wanted to warm the Pizza
- No soap provided in the room even for washing hands in the sink
- Television not playing

Nightmare Accomodation
Publié le 16 janv. 2021 sur HotelsI have never had such a disaster of accomodation. The pictures are not what is real. There was absolutely no fan for the heat. The pool was dirty which is fine since Covid made it hard for places to expect guests. The bar fridge was just enough to keep drink cool but the worst things. There were ants all over the bar fridge so our food that we put on top of bar fridge had ants all over so we had to throw it away. No towels in sight. No soap to even wash hands. During Covid and there is no soap in sight wow. The room door did not lock, so safety could have been a big problem if the place was attacked.

Its sad that you can rate an establishment which you didnt visit to be spiteful. Its certainly not our problem that you could not honour reservation.
